    We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. We have used Fairfield in the past but unless some kind of monetary correction is made I will never use Fairfield again we came down to visit sick family and expected to be treated much better for the money I spent. Hotels have gon to hiring foreigners that don't read English. I was told the maid thought it was a dnd and apparently she can't read. Also apparently Fairfield is getting the cheapest help they can and it is disturbing to think that this is how they treat customers that are expecting top notch service for the money they are spending. In closing I realize THERE ARE MANY NICER HOTELS than Fairfield but I don't have the money to go there but I certainly expected to get what I paid for I didn't. Freddie at the desk said he could not do anything it. Hmm why is he the desk guy. I am pissed and will look for other choices when I travel from now on. My wife and I travel A good bit I am traveling musician and have used Fairfield in the past.

    Good location needed on the same day. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was decent and the room a nice size as well as very comfortable. The hotel was easy to reach and great parking requirements as well as small shops in walking distance. The cleaner woke me up at 0800 knocking on the door, which was unplanned. There were dark streaks of mold at the bottom of the shower. It wasn't unclean. But had not been re-grouted recently.

    I like that the overall look of the property was the same as when I had previously visited What I didn’t like was that as soon as I walked in I wasn’t greeted with friendly faces or respect. They looked at me like I shouldn’t have been there. And I was told as I was trying to get checked in that there was an additional $300 deposit for locals because people had been trashing the rooms. The money was not the issue the issue was that I had someone drive me up there and then had to drive an hour just for me to get the money because who just carries around that much cash. So not only did this inconvenience me but also the person whom I had bring me to the location. It’s absolutely ridiculous to tell someone upon checkin instead of telling them beforehand. Via call or as soon as you go to book the room you should be notified but that was not the case. Then I had to ask for a receipt after I gave my deposit even tho they had forms right behind the counter; when you hand over that amount of cash you should automatically be handed a receipt and documented proof that you paid for it. Absurd then after I got back from the hour drive and went back into the lobby they told me there was also and additional $20 deposit fee that had to be on card luckily I had enough on my card to it otherwise would have been another trip to find an atm. Zero professionalism I’m honestly very disappointed with my stay and am bot intended on returning to this location.Two different women at the counter an older white lady like 60s or so long dark brown hair with grey highlights and a Hispanic girl looked to be in her twenties. I came to the hotel in shorts and an oversized jacket and immediately upon walking in I was judged you could tell by the way they looked at me. I was not rude at all I let them know how much of an inconvenience the deposit situation was I called them ma’am. My room was on the 4th floor as if I was going to be the type to trash the room and party I was not happy about that. The guest on the floor were loud and up past 12am and it was older people.

    The only comment I have is the room was to have two queen beds but one of the beds felt like a full size not queen size as advertised.

    Staff were very helpful and courteous, coffee was great, and plenty of snacks and beverages to choose from! Cracked tiles in elevator. Recommend carpet tiles (I am in commercial building facilities).
