Unhappy with the riffraff that was hanging in the parking lot and around the front entrance

This was the lst of 6 hotels I'd stayed at on this trip where the entrance was from a central hallway, not outside doors. At midnight, after previous noise from the front desk, I had to go up & tell the (white, native English speaker) clerk & 2 others joking about that I could hear them in my rm. way down the hall. The hotel needs doors to separate the lobby from the hall on the lst floor. There was also a little noise from the other guests coming in late. I did kill a few tiny bugs in the bathrm only. I informed the a.m. clerk on my way out & she thanked me

It was a very clean room staff was amazing! I needed a get away from working so much and I got just that peaceful relaxing I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The egg patties were hard, the gym is a storage unit and was unavailable. The room was dirty feeling. Got the suite with the room spa and the spa tub was gross! I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and that didn’t even help much just made me feel a tiny bit better knowing I cleaned it! There were young adult friends of the worker hanging out in the front lobby being loud! Maybe they lived there? The hall outside our room smelled like a cat box!

Key entry to get in the lobby. Toilet in our room barely connected to the floor. Thin walls … I will do better…

This property does welcome dogs. Free for one and 15 clams for to. 80 pound limit per dog. There is limitted and tight truck parking. Property was clean and staff more than accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Room looked fine in terms of flooring, furniture , chair and bed linens. Unfortunately as I sat and relaxed I kept seeing little bugs creep out. Then saw bugs creeping out from under the bed frame. Then saw roach run across side of the mattress. Even though it was 12:40 AM. I packed up and left. I had layed a bath towel at the hallway door to keep out the light. When I removed it to leave found a bug under it from coming from the hallway. BEFORE getting in my car, turned everything out, shook & inspected before rebagging everything in plastic bags before putting in my car. YIKES!!!

We had great running water, electricity, comfortable pillows & beds. The top covering on the bed was soiled. We were given two towels & a small washcloth. At least a hand towel would have been nice! The soap dispensers gave very little on each push. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Didn't feel very clean. Window shade wouldn't come down and bright light shining straight in. Had 1 total towel in the room.

Construction, dust, and dirt all over the place no breakfast, fitness room, close pool closed, dust on check-in desk. Not a pleasant stay
