Hampton Inn Washington

I like this hotel and I will return for the next event. The staff was great the lobby and pool area were great, I was disappointed with the room somewhat. So the water in the sink was going down slowly, not sure why. To be fair I did not alert the staff. The room had a big empty space, I’m guessing some type of sofa chair. All we had was a desk chair. The iron messed up my white shirt. The shower up top you can see it was plastered, but not painted. We also had to put a towel in the tub because it was slippery. I didn’t eat breakfast, but my daughter did and she didn’t like it. As I said those are not deal breakers for me, they just need to do a little maintenance.

Staff was nice to me and I appreciate that. :) Breakfast was good but I got there late so I had to get the last picks but it was still decent. Rooms were okay but I like extremely clean updated rooms. Hot tub water looked a little murky but hey if it works for others why not give it a try. This property could definitely use a update.

My bathtube was dirty unless it was stained and the jacuzzi jets were not working and it was the one thing we were all looking fwd to. The front desk was awesome, very friendly. 10/10. The eggs were terrible, tasted like fake eggs for breakfast. Everything else was great.

It was ok for a one night stay

Food is great and indoor pool and hot tub and really nice. Location is excellent.

Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options, and I appreciated that the yogurt didn’t have artificial sweeteners. The lobby had snacks in the afternoon/evening. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great room was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. This is a very handy and excellent location to stay in Washington. The only problem we had is we booked two rooms for three nights each, and they claimed that we only booked one room for three nights and one room for two nights and they made us pay for the third night, which was a substantial amount of money. As of today, I still not heard from the Hotels.com that we’re trying to resolve this issue which is now been three days.

Parking staff accessible and safe. Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this one.

My stay was adequate if not slightly overpriced, but I was traveling alone and needed a place to stay. I was given an accessible room which was fine but I could smell cigarette smoke. Unsure if that came from smokers outside or in the room next to me but it was pretty consistent. Everything else was sufficient.

Convenient The toilet wasn’t clean

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was well stocked and exceeded expectations. Cleanliness met expectations. Toilet was not throughly cleaned. Mattress was comfortable.

Great customer service. The refrigerator area wasn't clean.

Everything was perfect, the trash cans in guest rooms need to be bigger though
