Shampoo AND conditioner is included as well as lotion. Fridge in room was working but it is turned off between guests so it will take a long time to cool down. We were on the backside so we had a nice view of the mountains. The outside of the window could use a good cleaning. Price is reasonable for Alaska. Room was large and comfortable.

Was hoping the sound of traffic wouldn't be loud. We usually stay in the same town but in an area with way less traffic. The tv or ac can block out the traffic. The couch was nice and seemed bigger than other hotel rooms with one bed. The couch also can turn into a bed. The shower was good. The view of the mountains and river were beautiful.

Everything was nice, we stayed just one night, to rest and go next day, beds are soft, and comfy fell asleep sleep fast, in morning felt rested! Nothing too fancy or over clustered, just what you need! Totally recommend, and stay again if needed! And price is not bad either!

Very pet friendly, good access to the room and a potty area. Expensive for what it is, but it worked and I would stay again.

Room, location, and staff were great. Did not use any of the amenities due to continuous schedule of exploration and activities in the area.

Room was clean but there were several trash cans in the common areas that were overflowing like they haven't been emptied in days.

It was clean and the staff was really nice. We slept there only one night but parking was easy, getting to the room was easy and the check in process was also a breeze. It is a basic hotel, nothing fancy. The AC worked and the hotel provided basic soap, coffee, water station, and a gift shop.

The staff was very helpful and polite. There are several restaurants nearby to choose from. The Local is right down the street and was excellent. Coffee 24 hours a day was nice and sitting on the deck in the morning was a very pleasant.

Use the back entrance so you can take advantage of the stoplight to get back on the highway, especially if heading north

I got delayed in my trip and the desk staff was helpful but the manager overrode all their help and charged me anyway. Never book with hotels.com.

No batteries in the remote. Only ice machine was out of order. Desk staff were very friendly. Was clean and plenty of hot water!
