Hotel accommodation, while not lux in any way, was good for my stay and appropriately priced, I would stay again.

First room was dirty but the front desk lady changed rooms. Carpet need to be vacuumed in it and it Looked like there was a smear of Pooh on the bathroom floor- took a picture of it and the desk clerk stated it was just a burn in the linoleum . Weird that they wouldn’t fix that. As it was right in the middle of the bathroom floor.

Good place to stay, nice staff

The lady at the front desk was very nice, and most importantly the room was clean! We’ve been on a 9 day journey from Utah to Fairbanks and this was the cleanest hotel we stayed at!

For the expense Wasn’t expecting Roku tv where I needed to enter my own subscriptions to watch tv. Couldn’t easily find any news programs that were live and not requiring log in. No breakfast or even coffee available in morning. I was told in the morning I could buy some snacks or go to a neighboring coffee stop. Bathroom was updated and very clean. The view seemed to be overgrown by trees. You could see mountain tops but not a Grand View. Staff was very, very nice! Perfect spot to sleep overnight but wouldn’t have wanted to spend too many days.

The staff , including the receptionist with unique first name was very friendly.

It was right off the highway, so easy access. The room was clean enough, but there was visible dust where you can tell it hasn't been deep cleaned. The furniture was chewed up bit and the walls were super thin. I could hear 3 different TVs from my bed. Staff was top tier, I couldn't be more thankful for all of them. It seemed the unhoused like to hang out near the lounge downstairs

Was there for 4 nights the stairs were never vacuumed nor the elevator was cleaned or vacuumed. The restaurant was good the 1st night nice and quick the 2nd night ordered and waited for over an hour no one came and talk to me or gave me the ice tea that was ordered so hot up and left.

Wonderful stay . We are staying there again for christmas

10 minutes after we got to our room the toilet started overflowing in the bathroom into the room. We called the front desk, she had to wake up the maintenance man, he worked on it for an hour. We called the front desk again and ask for another room, she said NO. Told her we were not happy, she pack your bags and leave, she was very rude about it and very poor customer service. The Hotel did even try to comp us for the inconvenience. I believe we should have been comp somehow.

The photos of the facility are very dated relating to its current condition. The hotel is in fair (at best) to poor condition everywhere from front entrance and lobby, corridors, as well as the rooms. Room smelled musty and bad when we arrived. We opened the window and left for dinner couple hours hoping to air out- it helped some but still smelled. The bed mattresses was very uncomfortable and we slept poorly. We paid over $275/night for this room and this level of disrepair, smelly rooms, and uncomfortable beds is not acceptable in my opinion.
