The hotel was clean, friendly staff. We had no issues. It was downtown but parking was easy to use and it has an enclosed 2nd story walkway. They validated you parking ticket so no extra charge.
-
This place is very nice, clean and breakfast was awesome. Definitely go back again.

We were very happy with our stay.
-
Room was clean and well maintained.

I stopped here after a long drive from ATL and was super tired. This was a lovely place to stay and will definitely return.
-
Clean and quiet. This was our 2nd stay. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Waterloo.

This hotel charged me a second time for the room I prepaid for. Once I brought this to their attention they issued a refund but would not deposit the money back to me before 7-10 days. My room was also not ready at check in time.

The gal at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. One elevator was not working and the other one was slow and in a hotel with 10 floors, there was a lot of waiting. Our room was nice and beds comfortable. Parking was little inconvenient- on the street or in the parking ramp. A long way to bring and take out luggage. The pool was small but our grandson enjoyed it!

Breakfast staff was attentive and worked hard to keep the placed clean and stocked.

Breakfast was great. Nice staff. Clean room. TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker in great condition. Restaurant/bar had a good selection of food and drinks and prices were descent. Our food was really good and was ready in a reasonable amount of time. We especially liked the waitress/bar tender Helen!
-
Very clean room. Helpful front staff about parking and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Staff always filling when food gets low and cleaning area and tables.
-
I didn’t like the fact that the room is only cleaned once a week, especially cleaning the bathroom and dumping the trash.
-
Door hit against tub. Would like room to be cleaned daily. Not enough parking outside for registration.
-
Great place to stay with good food nearby.
-
Parking is across street, not convenient for checking in and out. Elevators are only available with your key card and only one of two worked. No stairway access to rooms so even lower floors need to use the elevator and when one was out it took 10 minutes to get up to your room. Parking is extra $5 per day.
-
Very clean room, staff was nice, breakfast was good and delicious and plenty of it.

The property condition was okay. There was a humming noise in our room which was quite disturbing. I think it was the ice machine that was next to our room. The guest above us kept getting up throughout the night and kept stamping. This lasted into the early hours of the morning I’m not sure what was their problem. The heating system was noisy as well. Despite the noise issued expressed, the hotel was okay.
