Room was clean and staff were amazing. The bed was amazing and didnt hear a bump all night from other people staying at the hotel. If I could only change one things that would be to fix the ice machine on the 3rd floor. I had to go up to the 5th floor for ice. But if that was my only problem I had a good night!

Upon check in, we were told right away that one set of elevators weren’t working and the pool was closed. Once we got to our suite, we did not have the extra bedding for the sofa bed. Called down and told them, they said they’d bring it up. Called about 10 min later to also ask for more towels, was told it would be awhile. They never brought it up. When we went down to the desk, there were several others asking for towels and the one we got was the only one we’d get as the woman working said “ that’s all you’re getting because I just got here and I’m not doing laundry”. I get you’re busy, but really? Besides that, our room was nice, clean and spacious. Hoping next time we get better costumer service.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel is rundown and in need of maintenance. Had an elevator not working and the a/c turned off every two hours and wouldn’t cool the room down.

I love staying here, and always do when in Waterloo, but this time it really sucked when a chorus of mowing/leaf blowing started at 6:30 a.m. I was 5 floors up and it still managed to cut through my earplugs, waking me well before I wanted to get up and still going strong when I left my room at 9 a.m.. It would be cool in the future if the football field's worth of grass was maybe mowed later in the day, especially on behalf of your guests for whom 6:30 feels more like 4:30.

Outstanding place to stay. I booked a suite with 2 queen beds and 1 king. Checked in went to room and only 1 king in each bedroom. It worked but was not what I booked. The hotel was clean and had a fun environment. Would stay again.

Very clean, nice decor and location. The gentleman serving breakfast was fantastic! Comfortable beds and pillows. Check in staff forgot to apply our purchased Breakfast to our account so we had to go back and have that done in the morning.
