The room was clean & the full kitchen was great. The week we stayed was hot weather and it rained hard. The covered skywalk was amazing and safe going in & out of the hotel to the parking garage.

Close to Lost Island water park Hot hallways bathroom was not cleaned enough especially under the sink and dust on the fridge also not hot tub where the pool l is at .

The tub was clogged, which caused the shower to create standing water during the shower. When reported to the front desk in the morning after the first shower was taken, they said they should have let them know so they could move us. We were on our way out of the room for our stay and requested some sort of compensation since we weren’t able to all shower due to this clog. There was also a dirty rag left in our bathroom. The front desk worker in the morning was a very unhelpful and was often seen outside smoking instead of working at the desk. Apparently, the general manager was on site, but did not come out to address our concerns. I was also told they couldn’t print a receipt for me because I booked with a prepaid room. I have never experienced that at any hotel when using Hotels.com as the booking service. The security doors that led from the walkway parking garage to the hotel or propped open which should raise security concerns. This left that back elevator available to be used by anyone to get to any floor because you do not have to swipe your room card to stop at a certain floor.

The room was very clean, they have to move me to another room because they were a bed bug in my room. Please try to resolve the bed bad problem

Spacious, comfortable rooms with the usual amenities. Staff was great helping with suggestions and provide the feeling of comfort. The location is not the best as it’s on busy streets and does not have parking available on property. Very limited use fitness center that opens late.

Staff was friendly and great! Breakfast was more than sufficient for kids and adults. Dining area was well stocked, and nice and clean. Room was very clean with the exception of the sofa and the bathroom. Bathroom had some shoddy maintenance and shower didn't drain. The garage is attached via skywalk so you do have to carry your luggage pretty far. Otherwise, a pretty solid stay for the price.

Exceptional

This is an older property, it was okay, parking is across the street, so kind of inconvenient. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through, it worked for our needs.

So this is incredible. Julie is great and saved my butt. I had scheduled a lift driver for the airport and he never showed up. My flight is at 5 :06 am and it was 3:30 am and no ride. Julie found a taxi for me and gave me 3.00 to help pay for my ride. Amazing and she did not hesitate. If anyone knows her I would love to return the favor. Thank you thank you thank you. You saved a middle aged panicked man.

I loved having a small kitchen! With the parking, I felt my car was safe. The breakfast was delicious! Ty Natalie

The pool was amazing. The rooms were awesome. This is the place to stay in Waterloo.

Rooms were nice and clean, only issue ran into was that when asking staff questions, seemed they were very inconvenienced. Late at night a group of people were having a party basically in the main lobby which noise went through entire building. It would have been nice to have seen the staff set up and have them quiet down but overall the rooms met expectations and at the end of the day that’s the most important factor

The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious other than the bathroom. Water pressure was great in the shower. Breakfast was decent. Only one elevator in service the entire stay for 10 floors and a completely booked hotel was ridiculous. We found pills on the floor of our room and a lot of handprints on the headboard... The bathroom was entirely too small for the size of the suite itself.

Room was clean nice to have the option of the stove fridge and dishwasher. Restaurant was not good at all. Staff were very helpful.

Amazing breakfast. Great service from breakfast lady. Nice pool and arcade. Coffee/espresso/chocolate machine. Really good stay.
