The pool was amazing. The rooms were awesome. This is the place to stay in Waterloo.

Great staff an good breakfast

Rooms were nice and clean, only issue ran into was that when asking staff questions, seemed they were very inconvenienced. Late at night a group of people were having a party basically in the main lobby which noise went through entire building. It would have been nice to have seen the staff set up and have them quiet down but overall the rooms met expectations and at the end of the day that’s the most important factor

The bed was comfortable and the suite was spacious other than the bathroom. Water pressure was great in the shower. Breakfast was decent. Only one elevator in service the entire stay for 10 floors and a completely booked hotel was ridiculous. We found pills on the floor of our room and a lot of handprints on the headboard... The bathroom was entirely too small for the size of the suite itself.

Room was clean nice to have the option of the stove fridge and dishwasher. Restaurant was not good at all. Staff were very helpful.

I liked the Stuff,very helpful ,but we are there for four days,they never checks the room or garbage!

The staff are all so friendly. I was traveling with my 5lb dog Vinny and the treated him as though he was a celebrity. He really had a nice time. It's downtown and had to walk a distance for Vinny to do his business! But it was ok.

The only thing that would make it a better stay would be either a hot tub for all, or at least a jacuzzi in the suites. Otherwise the stay was awesome.

Breakfast (included) was good 9th floor room was very quiet Bathroom was a little small. Mattress was not as comfortable as I'm used to, or as I had hoped it would be. Rain storm cut signal to the TV on my last night

Location There was a bloody baseball in the garbage in our room when we checked in. Clearly was not properly cleaned

Room was clean, staff was great

Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved having the bar/restaurant on-site that was not only affordable but very good food. Was hard to get any coffee unless you were in your room. Was either always empty or out of order. Still had a great stay and the place was pretty packed so understand they had more important things to do.

The family that I encountered on the way to the pool said the pool gave them a horrible rash The couch in one of the doors in the room had extremely questionable stains Upon checkout the hotel double charged the credit card for the dog resulting in having to dispute The room itself was very pretty the view is very nice aside from the cleanliness issues I mentioned I don't think much needs to be done to raise it to a very acceptable place to stay And I am assuming that my experience was a fluke
