The Weis Mansion

Beautiful bed & breakfast Victorian home with a delicious breakfast in the morning. I personally loved the screen porch attached to my room. I spent the majority of my time out there getting some work done. There were holes in the screens due to an ice storm so I had mosquitoes buzzing around. But I suspect those will be fixed soon. All in all, it was a lovely place. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Everything was grand. It was great meeting other guests over breakfast. The food was great and the setting was very relaxing.

Our second time staying here, and it just gets better every time! The breakfast was perfect, and such fun staying in this historic beauty.

Loved the unique stay and hosts were great

The charm and comfort was outstanding! This was central to our visit over Waterloo. Lots of walking distance dining options. Rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was both a delight and delicious. The hosts were generous and accommodating. We cannot wait to stay again.

The hosts, Kelly and Chris, were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. Kelly thought of everything. Breakfasts were very yummy with french toast, souffle, homemade bread, yogurt, rhubarb jam... The hosts were very knowledgable about the area and gave us helpful tips. The historic Mansion had an interesting past and a terrific future.

It was a great place to stay, warm, historic and unique. Very walkable to the river.

We had such an amazing stay at this bed and breakfast! The food was absolutely delicious and homemade with so much care put into it. The family was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Such a warm, relaxing experience — we can’t wait to come back!

The space was clean and very inviting very cozy! The hostess Kelly was very kind and hospitable. Recommend adding the charcuterie board it was so good. Breakfast was amazing fresh cooked each morning! We will be returning and recommending to our friends.

We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately you can see the wear on the front concrete steps with major cracks. It was quiet, we had a streaming TV and Internet. The bed was big and comfortable. And the shower operated pretty good. Overall. Definitely not worth $185 one night. And most likely, we won't return unless these major concerns are corrected.

The breakfast was amazing, homemade and delicious. Our room was very large, on third floor. Kelly and Christopher were very friendly and interesting hosts.

The Mansion was cozy and felt like home. Everything was clean and Kelly and Chris were so nice. The breakfast was wonderful with home made yogurt and bread. I will be back.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with the whole house like a nice step back in time. Woodwork, windows and doors and decor were all great! Breakfast was also excellent. Owners were friendly and helpful. Great stay!!
