that there was a back entrance the staff acted stupid, like they didn't understand what was being said. and just replied the manager will be here this afternoon. they did NOT refund us for the night we did not stay.

That pets are allowed with a small additional cost. You dont need a key in order to get into the side entrance. I had to go to the desk at least once a day to get my key card to work to get into my room. The lady informed me that by putting the key next to my phone, it deactivates it. Although I appreciated pets being allowed, there was a large dog barking in the room next to mine.

Food was good, appreciate the clean rooms well kept. Key cards are hard to use, have to try several time to unlock door.

Price, room and employees were very nice and comfortable ! Well we went for breakfast and all they had was coffee and bananas not what v we expected at all but we went on our way to go eat later
