Nice and clean . Checked in late and left early in the morning. Bed was comfy and had a good nights rest

The hotel seemed very clean the rooms were clean enough. The TV did not work and we were woken up at 5am by the fire alarm and the staff never communicated anything with all the people staying that day

The room was nice and did have a full kitchen. Breakfast was not good. Minimal options and the eggs were rubbery and tasted horrible. Threw them away, and the bacon was very overdone. No oatmeal. No fruit. Cold cereal and toast, maybe waffles, were the only other options.

Great coffee machine available 24/7. Make sure to stop by the ice cream shop walking distance from the hotel. Love the size of the room with full size fridge. We were very comfortable for five nights. Hope they get the false fire alarms resolved - need to assess the volume of the alarm in bedrooms for possible ear damage and decible harm. The weekend staff is pretty comfy - it was a bit awkward to see a family settle into the lobby for more than 12 hours. Appreciated the Assistant General Manager - very professional, hardworking and available to resolve a change in plans with booking.

Great location to Theodore Roosevelt national Park Every single day that we were there, the fire alarm went off including 1030 at night after we were asleep and 12:30 AM when everyone was in bed. The sound was so insane and ridiculous. They say someone pulled the alarm but I believe it’s a faulty fire because there’s no way somebody pulled it three days in a row.

The handy small kitchen in the room made things much easier.

What's not to like? Large rooms, peaceful vibe, large fridge, great beds, wonderful shower, free soup at night.

Breakfast was very good serving just the basics. Kitchen is clean and comfortable. Rooms are clean but we’re missing a few things. Tissue box had 1 left. No kitchen soap for dishes and toaster did not work.

Staff is excellent. The hotel surrounding were terrible to me. The red dirt from workers who stay there was everywhere p. From the parking lot,into the hotel and tracked through out the corridors and dinning room as well. The boot brushes were totally worn out and didn’t seem to be used. Need better accommodations for the workers dirty working conditons.

Hotel was great. The only complaint I have is the scent they use in the hallways is way too strong. Burned my nose. Could still taste it in my mouth after being in my room for several minutes. Other than that, was a great place to stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms were great. Staff was super nice and welcoming.

Sad there wasn’t any butter

Only issue was they didn’t have butter which most definitely not a decrease in rating

Kitchen allowed to use ice was an amazing stay
