Friendly staff.

Staff from hotel and bar was rude and hotel doesn't get cleaned behind and/or under furniture.

Very pleasant. Clean, modern rooms.

I had a suite and both of the A/C units made a loud annoying noise. The remote in the bedroom wouldn't connect with the cable, so I was unable to change channels.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Helpful staff. Food at the restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again.

It was a very comfortable and clean visit. The staff was amazing. Ruth was also extremely friendly in answering questions. If in the area again we will choose Teddy again.

We booked, conformed twice and paid for our room. However when we arrived to check in, the clerk was explaining to the group of 4 ahead of us they gave our rooms away to two corporate people who came in to use the conference room. She scrambled while listening to music or a movie on her air pod, after an hour we ended up at a different hotel.

It was supposed to be a luxury suite. The small vanity didn’t have enough space for both our daily grooming products and no towel hangers. The AC unit was incredibly loud and woke us up each time the fan started during the night. We asked to have it fixed and it did lessen the noise, but by the third night it was roaring again. There was a small one towel bar around the corner outside the shower. It had no hangers at all for washcloths. The room came with 6 hangers and we were given ONE more when we asked. The dresser drawers were about 8” deep. The cupboards had exactly one spoon and one fork. The couch was ridiculously uncomfortable. The tv in the bedroom wasn’t even hooked up! My husband did it so we could watch tv in bed because we just couldn’t sit on that couch. One pillow was round and hard like a kickball and the other was a flat pancake. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. I will say the staff was courteous and tried to help. It’s not their fault the place is a dump.

Large rooms . Clean and well maintained

Staff was really friendly, the room was great. There was a maintenence door that would shake the bed in room 103 everytime someone walked thru it. The hot tub was being repaired but we used the hotel across the streets pool and hot tub. The bar n grill attached had good food.

Made a reservation online and when I showed up at 10 pm and sat there for 30 min as she messed around typing on the computer. She finally tells me they don't have any rooms. Will never try and stay in Watford again

Toothpaste splatter all over the wall , was not touched forever. No soap l, shampoo or body wash provided only dish soap.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and the room had plenty of appliances and cookware. Overall good experience.
