We checked in closer to 10 pm and the room type I reserved wasn't available. The front desk staff upgraded our room at no charge. The beds were very comfortable; the HVAC did the job it should and kept the room steady instead of fluctuating greatly. The hot tub was perfect after packing up and moving my kiddo from the area. Breakfast was good and hot and plenty of seating space. Overall, this place had a wonderful price point and if ever in the area again, we will be back. Thank you for a great 2 night stay!

Easy in and out, great staff and very accommodating.

Sink was broken

The breakfast was excellent, rooms very spacious and modern, the price was also very affordable. Didn't supply us with bathroom towels and bath mat without asking.
-
Pool was out of service 90% of the time Not clean

Close to gas and food. They were having issues with the hot tub and pool so both unusable. Facility is cashless and there seemed some confusion on what the washer and dryers would take.

Great location. Very clean.

Enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable bed and nice linens. Only a continental breakfast but ok.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. Only complaint: There was hardly ever staff at the front desk. There was a walkie talkie on the counter that you were supposed to use to contact them but it still took forever for someone to come. It may have been on the wrong channel because once a staff member arrived, she was very apologetic and said she couldn't hear anyone calling on the walkie talkie. Apparently the 2 hotels right next to each other are owned by the same property and she was helping over at the other building. Seems to me they need more staff.

I went to the desk two times during my visit and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room spacious but bathroom layout poor and could be unsafe if some had some physical challenges. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast fare was poor- fruit was rotten, biscuits burnt, no yogurt or gluten-free options other than hard boiled egg.

Check in lady was lovely. Splitting her time between 2 hotels. I d be crabby!

Everything was great! We only spent a short night there, but nothing that we didn't like. Nothing

The location was easy to get to and close to town and the National Park. The quality of the coffee cups were good. The hotel staff was mind blowingly bad. They were not at the front desk and had a sign to use a walkie talkie?!! To summon. After 4 tries and 10 minutes, I tried calling them. Nothing. Then magically the front desk attendant said she was out walking the property (so what’s the walkie talkie for? I asked - oh I should put this up here. Now a sign goes up to ring a doorbell). No apology. Then she informs us the room key machine isn’t working and that we could go somewhere and have them call or she could unlock our room and we can come check back on the key (so now it’s our job). I told her we had been traveling all day and have a dog and we would like our room. She just went out a back door of the office and I guess assumed we should follow her, but didn’t know where to follow her??? She let us in our room. The room has stains on the carpet, a curtain for a bed spread, broken toilet seat, peeling ceiling paint in the shower, one decaf coffee pod for the coffee maker and a bare minimum of bath towels and soaps. Breakfast was decent but almost no choices with several juices out of order. Good price, but nothing else is really good to say.

The only minor inconvenience, and I mean minor, was they were changing the key system so we had to go to the front and exchange or redo our cards.

The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. It's near Theodore Roosevelt NP North Unit which is amazingly beautiful. There were no towels in our room(we were staying 3 nights). And it took 3 trys to get some. Finally the girl from the front desk brought us some to our room on her own time. They seemed inadequatly staffed. The also need at least one USB port per room.

I still can’t get over the incredible value we received. Our room was very affordable, the property was very nice and clean, and the pool was great. To say this was a pleasant surprise is an understatement. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else should we ever return to Watford City.
