The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. Only complaint: There was hardly ever staff at the front desk. There was a walkie talkie on the counter that you were supposed to use to contact them but it still took forever for someone to come. It may have been on the wrong channel because once a staff member arrived, she was very apologetic and said she couldn't hear anyone calling on the walkie talkie. Apparently the 2 hotels right next to each other are owned by the same property and she was helping over at the other building. Seems to me they need more staff.

I went to the desk two times during my visit and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room spacious but bathroom layout poor and could be unsafe if some had some physical challenges. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast fare was poor- fruit was rotten, biscuits burnt, no yogurt or gluten-free options other than hard boiled egg.

Check in lady was lovely. Splitting her time between 2 hotels. I d be crabby!

I still can’t get over the incredible value we received. Our room was very affordable, the property was very nice and clean, and the pool was great. To say this was a pleasant surprise is an understatement. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else should we ever return to Watford City.

The breakfast was not kept full, or fresh. Staff was very difficult to find for help. There were never any towels available in the pool area, and hard to find any staff to get anything needed for our room. When the staff was found they were friendly, but sometimes seemed frustrated when asked for anything.
