I still can’t get over the incredible value we received. Our room was very affordable, the property was very nice and clean, and the pool was great. To say this was a pleasant surprise is an understatement. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else should we ever return to Watford City.

Room was spacious, quiet, and selection of TV channels was good. Vanity area of bathroom was cramped and location of door was awkward. Refrigerator froze our food. Breakfast was good, but hot items were scarce when we went there at 8am.

There are limited choices when staying in Watford City, and both options are less than appealing, especially for the price you pay.

The breakfast was not kept full, or fresh. Staff was very difficult to find for help. There were never any towels available in the pool area, and hard to find any staff to get anything needed for our room. When the staff was found they were friendly, but sometimes seemed frustrated when asked for anything.

My overall rating of the hotel would have been higher had it not taken almost AN HOUR of ringing the 'doorbell' (which was initially hidden under the desk), calling the front desk phone line, and physically searching the entire hotel and knocking on every employee door to try to find a SINGLE staff member to check me in for my stay. This was around 8pm: a perfectly reasonable time to check in to a hotel.
