The property was very dirty and ran down. When I went to check in they were unsure if they had a room available and then had to clean one when we got there well past the check in time. Floors turned our feet black when walking around.

Bathroom and linens were clean and the a unit was new. Those were the only positives. Property smelled and was in very poor condition. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The property was dirty and garbage cans overflowing. The rooms were not nice, tape holding trim up and refrigerator dirty.

Very hard to find no soaps in the bathroom, dirty sink, dirty refrigerator, dirty hallway with garbage left in the hallway as you’re walking by floor is disgusting. Definitely will be asking for a refund. This is not what I paid for pictures were deceiving. Took pictures of the disgusting hallway and thick gross kitchen. We would’ve left two hours away from home and it was late when we got to check-in never will stay here again.

Location Room was not clean and we initially got double charged and it took a lot effort to get a refund.

The staff was very helpful with a mistake that Booking.com made. I paid online and when I got to the hotel, they couldn’t book me in because of some error that Booking.com made, but thankfully the staff help me through the problem and we were able to resolve. How are the staff came through to help me with my problem with Booking.com?

No offer morning breakfast, no coffee, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, room and beds clean but mattress need attention.

Nothing, we couldn't wait to get out of there. The front desk staff didn't speak clearly. The room was very tacky, old and run down. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The outside garbage was overflowing. The whole building and grounds were run down and disgusting. The only linens we had were 2 regular towels and 2 wash rags for 3 people. No light bulbs in the light fixtures.

I expected soap shampoo and conditioner to be in the room, so I didn't bring any.

It’s a shame … getting Value , shouldn’t mean you give up on… comfort… hot water took forever. The kitchen area was dirty , bad lighting in the bathroom!!!! I got the value, comfortable bed , at least .

The room worked for what we needed a place to crash for the night. But I wouldnt stay there long term

My suggestion is to close and renovate.

The only positives I can share are convenient location and somewhat friendly/apologetic staff person. When I arrived and went up to my assigned room, it was already occupied. I went to the desk and it took the clerk 10 - 15 minutes plus several trips up and down the stairs to find a room I could use. Room was okay but potential guests should know that there are no amenities—not even shampoo. Room was clean-ish but depressing. Furniture is worn and banged up. There was no shower curtain, but I managed to take a shower without and when I used a towel to mop the floor, it quickly turned brown-ish grey indicating that perhaps the room was not so clean after all. Other cheap things: tv remote battery was dead and have to pay extra to connect more than one device to the wifi network. Perhaps the worst thing was being awoken at 1 in the morning by someone entering my room. They too had been given an already occupied room. I had put the security bolt on the door, but that malfunctioned so they were able to fully open the door and step into the room.

Place was dirty terrible no soaps tissue nothing bad all around

We were in town for a race at the Milwaukee Mike so I chose this hotel for proximity to the track. Room was filthy, Dog hair all over the floor. Toilet was clogged and didn’t flush. Leak under the kitchen sink. Person was sleeping in the hallway. Definitely would not recommend and will not be back.
