The property is not well maintained. Our room had a cracked window that wouldn’t close all the way, a dresser drawer was hanging off, the kitchen cabinetry was cracked, warped and chipping off, there were burns all around the bathroom sink. Also, they stopped serving any breakfast, which was probably for the best considering the state of the property.

The hotel was dirty, and the staff was rude and twice the desk was unattended. It was bad. Good luck.

Staff rude. Stale odor throughout hotel. Room NOT clean!! ZERO amenities such as tissues or hand towels, no blow dryer.

Need 24 hour Lobby Attendant available instead of using phone to page for late night check ins.

The bathroom walls were dirty and the garbage can did not have a trash bag in it, i had to put the trash bag in it

Okay hotel.

The room was filthy. The TV didn't work, it smelled like cat. I would never stay here again and I wouldn't recommend anybody else staying here. The bathroom was disgusting. There was black mould in the corners of the showers. I wish I could have got a full refund because I didn't even stay 5 hours. I left I went to go get something to eat when I came back. I was disgusted with a room condition, and I checked out and left

What amenities? NONE!!! Kitchen? It might have been nice except there were no dishes, glasses, silverware, pot & pans, dishwashing liquids, or dish cloths or towels!!! Paint on the walls of the room/bathroom were all chipped up with large spots of white showing through. There was a 2X2 table that could have been used to eat at, but only one chair and THAT was a rolling desk chair!! So soap, shampoo, lotion in the bathroom with only 2 sets of VERY thin towels (the room was supposed to hold 4 people). Furniture extremely beat up. No clock -- our alarm clock did not work. There was no ice on the premises to use in the room --- but then, you had NOTHING to put it in anyway. There WAS an ice tray -- one VERY small one -- in the frig freezer, but no ice was in it. The "drapery" ALMOST closed but there was no way to keep the beam of light from flooding into the room. The beds were ok if you like firm mattresses which my husband and I do. The lights on the wall had been turned in all sorts of directions -- as were the light shades -- and took a great deal of effort to get them to turn on so you could actually use them. No carpet in the room but after looking at the filthy carpet in the hall, you probably would want the imitation wood floors that were there. No facial tissue in the bathroom -- had to use toilet paper. Seemed to be a great deal of damage throughout. No one at the check-in/out when we left at 8 on Sunday morning!!! Good luck!!!

Staff Was Wonderful!

WiFi didn’t work, no glass or plastic cup in the room, beat up hallways, hostile staff, I could go on

Checking in was fine, front desk guy was nice enough. Looking around could tell hotel was not kept up well, little dirty looking EVERYWHERE. Got into our room and my daughter said I don't like it. The smell was UNBAREABLE. Everywhere we looked was gross. We could not even set our bags down. I went back to the front desk to ask for a different room and there were no rooms available. I handed over my key, we could NOT stay there. I would take this hotel off your listing. I am hopeful for a refund.

Property is run down. Amenities are extremely basic - linens, lighting, WiFi service. No water, no coffee. It’s very bare bones.

Nice area ,bed wasn't the most comfortable but trip was good.

Did not like it. Uncomfortable feeling, Paid for two nights but left the next day. Nothing was updated, toilet wouldn’t flush, plugged in charger and it sparked, remote had no cover to the batteries, spiders in the tub, had a gross smell to the place. The pictures were nothing like the actual place.. Will never stay at an extended stay again.
