The only positives I can share are convenient location and somewhat friendly/apologetic staff person. When I arrived and went up to my assigned room, it was already occupied. I went to the desk and it took the clerk 10 - 15 minutes plus several trips up and down the stairs to find a room I could use. Room was okay but potential guests should know that there are no amenities—not even shampoo. Room was clean-ish but depressing. Furniture is worn and banged up. There was no shower curtain, but I managed to take a shower without and when I used a towel to mop the floor, it quickly turned brown-ish grey indicating that perhaps the room was not so clean after all. Other cheap things: tv remote battery was dead and have to pay extra to connect more than one device to the wifi network. Perhaps the worst thing was being awoken at 1 in the morning by someone entering my room. They too had been given an already occupied room. I had put the security bolt on the door, but that malfunctioned so they were able to fully open the door and step into the room.

Place was dirty terrible no soaps tissue nothing bad all around

We were in town for a race at the Milwaukee Mike so I chose this hotel for proximity to the track. Room was filthy, Dog hair all over the floor. Toilet was clogged and didn’t flush. Leak under the kitchen sink. Person was sleeping in the hallway. Definitely would not recommend and will not be back.

Honestly this hotel needs to he torn down and rebuilt. The lobby reeked the cigarette’s and was understaffed. Every nook, cranny, hallway, room and elevator gad garbage, fingerprints and debris. The mirrors in the room were so greasy you couldn’t use them. Our door was unlocked when we got to it, wide open. When we got back from dinner our keys didn’t work and they were reset without asking for ID. When we went to checkout there was a man sleeping in the hallway who said he got locked out of his room and his key wouldn’t work. The lobby was closed when we left so we couldn’t check out and that’s why the poor man sleeping in the hallway couldn’t get his keys reset. Disgusting place and would highly not recommend. Paid $138 to stay there too. Should be more of a $40 place if that.

No amenities-like soap in the bathroom. ceiling fan in bathroom needs work- it makes a lot of noise.

I loved the morning staff, night staff was horrible, they didn’t clean my room properly on arrival and it smelled like urine really bad that I had to buy stuff to make it smell good for me to tolerate the stay! They flipped the mattress to mask the mattress pad being replaced with I had to do myself.

Check in was at 3. We tried twice before getting checked in at 6pm. The room was a queen instead of the king we reserved. The room smelled, and the refrigerator had mold at the bottom. We checked out within ten minutes and never went back. I would hope you refund what we paid for this. To top it off, there were no hotel rooms available in the city. We had to drive 45 minutes west to find one, and that was an additional $400+ dollars. Not a good experience.

N/A When checking in, we heard a lady yelling at another FDhousekeeper to get moving and clean rooms because guests were checking in. The room was just old and not well kept. It smelled really bed really bad. There was hair on the back of the bathroom toilet, the toilet seat was loose, and there weren’t enough towels. My husband tried opening the refrigerator, and it pulled so far from the wall before he could get the door open The bed seemed smaller that the queen size that was advertised. The pillows were so thin
