Rooms not clean.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!

Needs some updating. Fire alarm went off and from talking to people in parking lot this is nightly occurrence. My door was not fireproof because you could see light on the side.

It was close to family. The host that served breakfast was rud. Not the first time. The first incident on a previous trip was with me and this past time it was with my wife.

The evening staff was nowhere to be found. Breakfast went until 9:00 AM but most of the food was gone by 8:30.

The staff was great, everyone that we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Convenient location, close to the freeway and only about 5 minutes to family. The facilities are starting to show a lot of wear and tear. Mold in the showers, stained carpet, walls needing a fresh coat of paint both inside and outside. The little store inside was poorly stocked, hardly anything to choose from. Our shower didn't work, but the staff was great about changing our room.

Everything was nice and clean

very clean and renovated property, very nice. good breakfast. Main parking lot was a bit small and full , went around the back to the overflow lot which was not obvious.

Heads up. The bathrooms are not cleaned well. I found mold, mildew and hair in the first room and then switched rooms. It was worse in the second room. Mold, mildew and hair in the bathroom. The shower faucet was broken and leaked water as well. I don’t recommend staying here.

Exceptional

Not used to the unrepaired and uncleaned condition of this HI Express. Others I have stayed at have been immaculate. It’s a great location and a decent facility. They need to upgrade how they take care of it. It’s clear they have cut corners to do the minimum to maintain the facilities and they clearly don’t inspect the public areas and inside the rooms to spot trouble areas that need attention. If I was the owner of this facility I’d be embarrassed and it get it cleaned up and fixed up quickly.

Asked for early check in. Was told, of course, then got there and no early check in. When we did get our room, it smelled musty, you couldn't close the bathroom door and the caulking in the shower was black. There is poor ventilation which has caused mildew/mold on the ceiling. One highlight of the stay was the woman in the breakfast pantry- friendly, helpful and loved her job!

The room was not clean, the carpet was filthy and even our lampshade was broken and had pieces of it missing so the lightbulb was exposed. The shower needed caulking and was so bad I took a shower with my flip flops on. The room smelled musty and we went and bought an air freshener to help. Many of the workers were helpful but the hotel needs A LOT of work. It wasn’t cheap and not at all worth the price. We were so disappointed. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns in our travels but probably won’t anymore.

Are room very clean and comfortable beds good breakfast.

We have stayed here before and really like it. This time, things looked a bit more worn, and the breakfast offerings weren’t all available, but it’s still a great place to stay. For us, the quiet room, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and the location are the most important things. We will be back soon

Room was not properly cleaned bathroom including tub was dirty. Not worth the price very dissatisfied.

Pleasant

The good things were the bed, shower, and staff. The bad things were stained carpets, our room tv never did work, the air conditioner hardly blew any air. We had the thermostat on 51 degrees so if you sat right by it you could feel it. No hair dryer as advertised and the coffee maker never worked. Very disappointed.

This hotel shows its age - peeling wallpaper in the halls, dark rooms lit by ineffective too low watt bulbs, and a dirty bathtub with LOTS of mildew and the drain plug was broken. It was unusable as a tub. For a Holiday Inn we were quite shocked. I will say, the woman working in the breakfast area was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating to everyone.

Run down, staff were very nice.
