I love the free breakfast. I also loved how if I had any issues with my room I could report it via text message. The door was difficult to open, it would get stuck. My kids got locked in the room because it was jammed. Also the bathroom sockets did not work. The ceiling fan made loud clanking sounds when it was turned on. The light around the mirror kept flashing on and off.

We would have given this place 5 stars, if not for the limited number of luggage carts available. On moving in, we got a cart right away, very high quality cart with 4 wheels. We were able to move our 300 lbs of gear into the room in 15 minutes. As it should be. But on leaving in the morning, there were no carts available. None. Nada. So, I had to haul all of our gear one or two pieces at a time out to the car. Took me 50 minutes. That is unacceptable. They need more carts, at least 6 total, so anyone who needs a cart gets one. Travelers want to get in and out quickly, because we did not come to town to haul luggage.

The thing that most stands out about our stay was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were obviously will trained and motivated to serve. When we arrived, we were told that their computer was down and they could not check anyone in, because there was no record of any reservation or what type of room they would have. However, we had arrived with a copy of our Expedia reservation itinerary, which explained everything in detail, so we went to the head of the line and got our room promptly, whereas the hundred or so other people in the lobby had to wait, some for hours. The suite we had was quite roomy and well furnished, clean, and well stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, and cookware. We did not care for their breakfast, so we were able to eat comfortably in our room. Everything in the room worked well: lights, fridge, microwave, cooktop, TV's, shower, etc. Parking was excellent, on site and never more than 50 ft outside the door, and we always found an open stall easily. Very good carts for moving in and out of the facility, though they could have used at least two more for better availability. All in all, it was a very comfortable and convenient 4 nights that fit our needs well.

Our home away from home when we travel to the area. My extended family also stays here when in town. It’s like our family hotel. The staff is so courteous and friendly. My husband had an incident and one of the maintenance guys saved the day for us!

The room could have had better lighting, and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable if you could even call it a pillow. We certainly didn’t sleep very well.

The only suggestions I have are: The lock in room 532 does not work properly. We had to have maintenance person come up to help us and he showed us how we had to full on it to work. However, he should have had it repaired. We could have used some instructions on controlling the air conditioning or fan. We tried multiple iterations but nothing seemed to work. We were either freezing or there was no air moving at all. Ultimately, we turned the air off int he bedroom and left the door open to the L.R. where it was freezing.

I loved walking in the suit and the tv had "Welcome Carter" that wad amazing. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and none has ever done that. Thank you! Nothing

Clean, quiet hotel with lots of amenities and a very comfortable bed.

I really liked the location and the comfortable beds. I didn’t like the housekeeping staff. We stayed there for 4 days and no one cleaned the room even though it said that the room would be cleaned every other day. I requested the body wash container to be filled and no one did that either. Also, parking fee is $10 per day.
