Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel

It was a very nice stay with a clean, comfortable room and bed. We heard no noise at night and the view was good. All personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. I would suggest that they plan to have more coffee brewing in the morning though because several of us had to wait for the next batch to be delivered.

I stayed there because of a wedding reception I was attending. Nice flooring instead of carpet in room. Every employee, except for the man at front desk was very pleasant! For the price, not a bottle of water in the room?. When I mentioned it to receptionist, he literally said nothing and just looked at me. Bed was comfy, pillow awful. Hard as a rock. The cleanliness: shower grout was moldy, hair on the sink and a FINGERNAIL CLIPPING on the in-room settee. Yuck. Noise carried from elsewhere until around midnight- I was on floor 4.

Room was fine but coffee bar had no cups and was not fully stocked. Not a clear explanation of how to control lighting in the room.

We would go back because of them !! The restaurant was amazing we had amazing breakfast and hosted an amazing dinner there .. We loved our stay Highly recommended

The rooms and staff were amazing. It was my first time in Milwaukee..... After the food in that restaurant, I will definitely be back!!

It's a nice room but honestly not a lot for the price. We had a huge room with two beds and a rolling chair. No other chair or couch. The staff also wasn't very welcoming and the restaurant doesn't have much options. It was nice being close to the mall and restaurants walking distance.

Always stay here when visiting family and it never disappoints! Great location, amenities and very clean!

We had only one issue with our accommodation and it was the fact that we were woken up at 3am to a screaming argument 2 rooms down. Very unnerving. Couldn’t go back to sleep. One other item to mention is that the restaurant Eldr+Rime is a great plus for the hotel but not if the service is poor. Our waitress was less than happy to wait on us and barely communicated. Food was good.

Easy access. Lots of parking, although it's now $12.00 per night. Room was spacious, dark, and quiet (4th floor)
