LOVE this hotel. It's pretty. clean, convenient, and the staff are so nice.

Yeah, I do not stay at this place. It’s fancy for nothing. There’s absolutely no enemies. There’s no pool parking is pain in the butt. They don’t even have parking with parking. You have to fetch parking at 11 o’clock at night. It’s a complete mess that seems to be demoralized nothing really going on here. Don’t stay there. This place sucks and it’s not worth the money. I would stay at the Holiday Inn anywhere versus this place. This place sucks.

Exceptional

Staff was friendly. Attempted to get drinks mid day at the restaurant or maybe 11am ish on day we checked out however could not as restaurant/ bar was not open. Which was a little disappointing for a bar in the actual hotel. Other than that really nice stay and nice location.

Room was clean and Restaurant was great. I come back to this hotel every time I am in the area for work.

This is a beautiful hotel with great technological updates. Bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet snd private. The staff were sparse but did accommodate our requests in a timely and professional manner. The coffee/tea situation in the room was sub par as there was no tea at all. Coffee was limited until we asked for it. Cups were frugal. There were no water bottles/fresh water in the rooms. Outside of the rooms there was no tea near the check in desk and no hot water to make my own tea. Not everyone drinks coffee. It took time to get a cup of hot water and tea from the restaurant and we were charged for each one - but the coffee was free. We were charged $48.00 for parking and did not park in the ramp but outside the hotel in the handicapped parking area. $48.00 for handicap parking? I am from a big city and this just doesn't happen here. It was a good experience to have but I think we will look elsewhere when in the area again.

I feel like these 2 items should be included in the price tag, especially when I'm paying 600.00 plus dollars to stay for the weekend. Why is the Marriot nickel and diming and making everything al-a-cart? Seems like that would be an easy fix.

Great hotel

I loved the gym - it is on the top floor - has free weights, treadmills, mats, exercise balls, leg press, and two other machines for upper body strength. Rooms were beautiful. Restaurant is great. Only thing that would be nice would be to have a microwave in each room as opposed to the one microwave that is located at the end of each floor. This doesn't really match the feeling of the rest of the hotel. Also, it would be nice to not have to pay for parking - 3 nights cost me $42 dollars. Also, no breakfast - just coffee. Other than that, I liked the hotel a lot!

I got charged for parking and it was supposed to be free parking 👎

Came for a work trip. Will return to the property in the future for all my overnight work stays in this area.

Upon checking in, our initial room was dirty, and the outlet next to the bed did not work. Because we had plans to attend the Wisconsin State Fair, we had to leave immediately to meet friends. However, when we returned at 10:00 PM to unwind, got into bed and discovered the TV was completely out of service. Called the front desk forced us to get out of bed, get dressed, repack all of our luggage, and haul it to a new room at 10:30 PM. To make matters worse, the second room we were moved to was also uncleaned, with leftover food remaining in the refrigerator. We were far too exhausted at that point to move a second time, so we slept and checked out first thing in the morning. On a previous visit, I was assigned a room with a shattered TV screen. Moving rooms late at night due to poor housekeeping and neglected maintenance is unacceptable. Given the lack of cleanliness and the severe inconvenience, I hope you will take immediate steps to address your housekeeping standards and room inspections.
