Room was clean. Room door needs to be weather stripped better. Bugs were getting underneath.

The room was clean. Sheets smelled a little funny, probably the soap they use. The A/C needed work. As long as it was set on 62 the room got cool enough to sleep. Landscaping needs a lot of work. The room needed some TLC. Overall, it was fine for the price

What a terrible stay. Staff upon check in was not friendly. Asked for two additional towels and was told that they may not have them available but to check back tomorrow. Checked back and was told that we already received them. When we had not. Room is dirty and no customer service. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

The cleaning people were not consistent in cleaning didn't sweep the 5 nights we stayed. The beds were great but only 2 flat pillows. No closet. No coffee in the office when we went. The sheets were very wore out!

The lady in the office acts like it a major inconvenience to do her job. I asked for early check in on the phone and when I got there she seemed annoyed. It only got worse from there. We work nights so no maid service, when we asked for clean towels we were basically told we needed to wake up and get them from the maid.

Although my money was never refunded, I did the process on the app that I had scheduled it on and the hotel denied the refund. They definitely lied. after being in the room for about 15 minutes I turned on the TV and realized there was a roach stuck inside of the TV and so I began to look around and when I opened the microwave, sure enough there was another roach. I immediately grabbed my things, put them in my car and went to the front desk to tell them I was not going to be staying there.

The air conditioner sounded like we were staying ON the DFW airport flight line and when it turned on, and like a car accident when it shut off. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner to take a shower.

Safe and clean. Over priced for weekends. Beds ok, 2 flat pillows.
