Everything was perfect from the friendly customer service, the room was awesome, the dining area and food, then parking. We were one of the first to stay when they opened we loved the experience so much we came back and enjoyed our stay with the friendly helpful staff. We will continue to stay here when we come back to Waxahachie as long as it remains. The property and rooms are great.

Our family enjoyed every second of our 4 days 3 nights stay here. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Every single staff member that we came across were absolutely amazing! The breakfast, pool, outdoor patio is just perfect! We can't wait for our next visit!

We liked the mattress, the cleanliness and the corner room, prompt response with the plunger. The dead bug in between the stove and cabinet, the loud a/c unit, the rude night auditor/clerk on our first night there, there was no baking pan for the oven, the fact that we needed a plunger when we did not have anything in the toilet to cause it to be backed up. Finally, we could hear the person staying above us walking in the bedroom after 10pm, when we specifically asked for a high floor because we did not want our sleep to be hindered.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel

The staff was absolutely lovely. A storm came through and knocked out the power right before we checked in so our TV didn’t work although the tech was onsite doing her best to resolve the issue, she was unsuccessful. Also one shower wall had buckled so a curtain was placed to hide the buckled wall. Please know the staff more than makes up for the minor issues, they are above and beyond.

The facility and the room were wonderful. Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was another matter. In need of a serious upgrade in quality.
