Very helpful and very accommodating to the customers needs. Really appreciate their support of our Dallas visit.

The parking in the back was awesome and always wide open. I think most people parked in the front. We were there for several days and everything was clean and quiet. The beds were very stiff but the location of the hotel itself and the friendliness of the staff made up for that.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Great location! Kids loved the pool! And plenty of space for a family of 6!
-
All was fine, however, the property is showing signs of aging. Some update should be in order soon.

Room smelled, mold in shower, television did not work.

It was great besides the poor internet connection upstairs.

The location was very convenient as we were in town for a youth sports tournament. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready early and we were able to check out a tad late due to a later game. Breakfast was prompt, substantial and delicious. When you walk in, you are hit with the overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning chemicals. The smell was so strong that it didn’t feel clean, it just felt like it was covering other horrible odors. The room felt damp and humid even when the AC was running and there were a few times I was awakened by what sounded like water leaking between the walls. Not pipes, but leaks.

Then…our room - the minute we opened the door we were hit in the face with the putrid smell of mildew. AND every time we flushed the toilet the overwhelming smell of sewage overtook the entire bathroom and entryway! The curtains were mildewed- and it cost us $158 to stay in this amazing place 🙃

The staff is very nice. My room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I’d definitely stay there again!

Hotel needs to updated. Room had an odor and television seemed to be on it's way out.Bathroom and room very dim. Shower had mold.
-
The breakfast was good but the room was kind of meh. Small things like a musty smell when we walked in, no spot for the toilet paper and the handle feeling like it would fall off any minute.

What ever you do, look for another hotel!!! The pictures are a lie! We walked into an 80 degree room. The musty mildew smell immediately hits you in the face. We got there late and turned on the lights and yuck. The pull out couch was worn and the cushions didn’t fill the couch. The couch had lots of stains, big stains. The arm chair was stained and ripped and the desk chair was ripped as well. So gross we didn’t even want to put our luggage on any of it. There was what seemed to look like a bloody booger on the comforter. Found out the tv had no cable, only channels that came thru an antenna, and the reception for that was completely interrupted. You could not watch a show clearly. The Internet is pretty much nonexistent. If you got a chance to log into the wifi it would work for about 10 minutes and then cut out. No tv, no internet. I felt bad for the families with kids staying there. My husband went to the gym and all the pulleys were shredded and unsafe. Again, couldn’t use it. I will say the staff is extremely nice, apologetic, and are trying as hard as they can. This is a disgrace to the comfort suites name. The pictures are misleading and I’m wondering who wrote the reviews because those reviews and my stay were complete opposites.
