The inside seems dated compared to the exterior. Bed and pillows below average but not the worst. Showing wear that isn’t being addressed inside. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. AC was blowing sticky air. The room just has that damp, musty feel and smell. Room 305 has been vaped and smoked in. Couch was too gross to sit on. Probably wouldn’t stay here again if we could avoid it. The employees were very nice and helpful though, liked them!

She tried her best to accommodate us but after switching rooms 5 times, we just were not satisfied. She was nice enough to return the funds. That was sweet of her.

The room was great but the toilet wasn’t working. The staff showed great hospitality and discounted our rate, but it was still big inconvenience. That let us check out early.

Place reeked of fabuloso! Lamps were broken and missing shades, couch had what looked like a blood stain on it, curtain had holes in them, and there was what appeared to be a homeless guy hanging out in the lobby.

Parking was easy. Breakfast was okay (not the best) Elevator was broken (understand that things happen) After lugging luggage up four flights of stairs, our room had no AC but staff was quick and friendly to move us to another room. Entering the hotel it smelled horrible. Luckily the smell seemed to be in the lobby and halls only, not in the room.

Front desk was so sweet and helpful. 2nd floor was a little musty smelling though.

Fine, not great, not horrible. Room had a prominent odor, very musty. Amenities in room were meager, no toilet paper roll holder. Internet and tv reception were spotty at best. Basic on all levels.

The parking in the back was awesome and always wide open. I think most people parked in the front. We were there for several days and everything was clean and quiet. The beds were very stiff but the location of the hotel itself and the friendliness of the staff made up for that.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Great location! Kids loved the pool! And plenty of space for a family of 6!

All was fine, however, the property is showing signs of aging. Some update should be in order soon.

The location was very convenient as we were in town for a youth sports tournament. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready early and we were able to check out a tad late due to a later game. Breakfast was prompt, substantial and delicious. When you walk in, you are hit with the overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning chemicals. The smell was so strong that it didn’t feel clean, it just felt like it was covering other horrible odors. The room felt damp and humid even when the AC was running and there were a few times I was awakened by what sounded like water leaking between the walls. Not pipes, but leaks.
