I called ahead of time before I book the room to make sure that the pool was usable I was told that the pool is being swimming and it's usable but I got there and it looked like somebody had thrown up all in the top of the pool and it was disgusting could not use it was till breakfast would be served at 5:30 in fact it's not served until 6:00 so we unfortunately did not get to eat breakfast also had a team of children that stayed upstairs from us that stomped on the floor all night long ask the front desk if there was a curfew and they did nothing about it could not get any sleep left the hotel at 4:00 AM

No problem with checking in early. Step was very personable.I don't remember the lady's name, but she had purple and kind of silvery hair.She was very very nice. Room was clean. Quiet relaxing wonderful

I was really happy with everything. The bathtub could use new caulking. When I checked in I had to pay an extra $50.00 deposit I'm not sure what for but hoping it will be refunded. I had prepaid my visit. The yard was well lite and keep very nice. It felt safe for someone coming and going in the dark. The rooms were pretty quiet- not a lot of outside noise. Blackout curtains were nice. I'll probably be going back.

Good sized room with a comfortable king bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk and chair plus 1 single lounge chair. Room had a fridge and microwave which was handy. Full length mirror plus another mirror in the room as well as mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast with fruit, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, waffle machine etc.

The person who took this in was extremely rude and impatient with us it was misunderstanding about the deposit we weren't ready to pay the deposit so we had to move some money around and it takes it's a little aggravating unit took some time he's aggravating for us we were not getting expected to be treated the way we were treated from the lady that check this in it was horrible anyhow the next day the lady who checked us out was extremely nice and well behaved and well everything to our to our needs to catered to her knees

We had to change rooms because the sheets had green stains.

There was trash in the elevator and when in the hallways it smelled terrible. Shower did not have hot water.

I don't want to write a bad review. Let's just say we did not like this property and will never consider it again if we ever need to spend the night in that town.
