When u have to to travel back to Rochester the holiday inn express will definitely be my number one choice everything was great from the breakfast to o the staff and the pool and people who also stayed there just a really great environment

Outstanding property. Great outdoor patio with a path to beautiful pond, and walking trail. Excellent staff all around

The hotel is located next to a nature trail and a few ponds so that was nice. The breakfast provided was good, they had a decent amount of options available. Unfortunately, for the price I paid for the room I expected a clean bathroom. The toilet and shower were definitely neglected. The hotel staff did address it promptly. Hopefully that was just a fluke occurrence because it did seem nice there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious and the room was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing with some powerful jets giving us the best massage. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the pool. The ad said the pool was heated, so it was a bit disappointing discovering it was cold.

We loved this hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. My grandson broke a small glass jar with his vacation money that belonged to him and they rushed to clean it up and even gave him a new jar. They also went out of their way to find out what brand the mattresses were when I asked because I wanted go buy one when I got home. The pool and hot tub were great. Our room with the small separate area with a sofa was huge. We felt so welcomed there by everyone.

The hotel wasn’t the worst, but definitely not the best. The AC unit did not work properly so it was miserable for the kids. The room wasn’t very clean, either. The staff were pleasant for the most part, though. The continental breakfast was nice with a large variety. The pool and hot tub were nice. However, the pool is not heated so it’s really cold. Be prepared. We won’t be staying here again, but it’s okay in a pinch.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. The indoor pool and hot tub was wonderful and they provided towels. Located closer se to many family friendly places, such as, Seabreeze. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plan to come back.

Clean, new, and convenient location Too sterile, no character, and too expensive for such a plain decor.
