Great breakfast. Convenient to local shops and restaurants.

I have just a couple areas to complain about (sorry). My fridge was leaking, I explained I wouldn't be using it so it wasn't a big deal just needed to get some towels which Ruthie helped with. The housekeeping staff did not appear to observe the quiet hours as I was woken up pretty early by slamming doors and yelling down the hall. The beds were not super comfortable unfortunately. Housekeeping tried barging in my room when I was pretty much without clothes. They knocked and then 2 seconds later tried opening the door (not exaggerating). We did have our do not disturb signs on and it was hours prior to checkout. I understand wanting to get your work done but I figure there would be a checklist of guests who have completed the checkout process. Friends of mine staying in an adjacent room were also intruded on in an identical fashion. I probably would stay here again but please work on the loudness in the morning and invest in more comfy beds when you can pretty please.

Clean room nice breakfast

The room was very clean and so was the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best. My daughter stated it was the best she has ever had at a hotel. No complaints. Will rebook again

Room was clean pool was not

The staff was amazing. They even called to check to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh bananas. Good coffee. Comfy bed!

The stay was lovely, room had everything that was needed. I was especially impressed by the staff. There was a complicated problem with my billing post-checkout and a simple call to the hotel resolved it quickly. They were wonderful.

Stay was good. Nice free breakfast. Seating was limited at breakfast, but there were also people using the breakfast area as a social lounge after they were done eating. Room was large enough for 3 of us traveling and was clean.

Access was very easy

I would stay here again.
