Clean, new, and convenient location Too sterile, no character, and too expensive for such a plain decor.

Everything was Amazing I would stay again.

It was a nice bright clean hotel. Our suite was great.

Room was fine The fact they entered the room when we were still there. They enter the room to clean and we had all our belongings in there still. Had money in our purse me and my sister did and my nephew's phone was on the stand. If they seen belongings in there then they should of stayed out until we came back and got permission from us to enter with all our belongings in there

Found one small unidentified bug in bathroom, otherwise room was clean, modern and spacious. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Rest of hotel was clean and modern. Free buffet breakfast was OK. Elevators were quick. Surrounding area was nice. Parking was spacious.

This was the best place I have ever stayed! The room was huge! The breakfast was very good, with a large selection of hot food and fruit. The beds were very comfy, I slept like a baby. The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Next time I go to Rochester, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank You for a wonderful stay!

Always a pleasant stay, staff always polite and friendly, would recommend this place always, my go to place when visiting family in Rochester, just 3 miles from the lake, always fun,fun.😀😀

Pros: - quick, easy checkin and checkout - breakfast buffet was actually good - lobby coffee available 24/7 and actually pretty good - very convenient location for shopping and restaurants Cons: - Room was filthy and outdated - housekeeping only came once during a 5-day stay and didn’t even change the sheets - shower had barely any water pressure - shower floor so slippery that my wife and I both fell (we’re in our thirties) - toilet flushed very loudly and ran constantly - blood/bodily fluids stains in bathroom in walls and shower curtain, and on couches - no guide on tv or any way to purchase movies - towels all had dark stains on them - goose droppings EVERYWHERE in the parking lots and on back patio - rear entrance absolutely covered in spider webs with very large spiders everywhere including on the entry door that you’re always trying to avoid - no monitoring of pool area access, non-guests constantly using the pool and being very loud - hotel staff congregated in parking lot at every shift change, and were very loud and unprofessional
