I liked the walking path around the pond right behind the hotel. I also liked the outdoor seating area behind the hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good, many choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Asked desk clerk where nearest places to eat were. She shook her shoulders and answered that she had no idea and couldn’t help me. Turned out next day I found several restaurants within one block of the hotel.

Excellent place to stay

Superb

Location convenient to visit restaurants and shopping.

Very good

When u have to to travel back to Rochester the holiday inn express will definitely be my number one choice everything was great from the breakfast to o the staff and the pool and people who also stayed there just a really great environment

Outstanding property. Great outdoor patio with a path to beautiful pond, and walking trail. Excellent staff all around

The hotel is located next to a nature trail and a few ponds so that was nice. The breakfast provided was good, they had a decent amount of options available. Unfortunately, for the price I paid for the room I expected a clean bathroom. The toilet and shower were definitely neglected. The hotel staff did address it promptly. Hopefully that was just a fluke occurrence because it did seem nice there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious and the room was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing with some powerful jets giving us the best massage. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the pool. The ad said the pool was heated, so it was a bit disappointing discovering it was cold.
