The hotel staff was very helpful. The only issue we had is that the pool and Jacuzzi were broken while we were there. Rooms were nice air-conditioning worked well.

This was the first time that we have stayed at this hotel and we were not impressed. When we checked in, we were not told if a breakfast was available. There was no clock in the room. There were not enough towel bars and it really would’ve been helpful to have a bar beside the toilet to help to get up and down. Instead of that “fancy“ bathroom counter, it would be much more helpful to have a traditional counter that would go wall-to-wall so that things would not fall off the end, it would give us more room for our toiletries, and it would probably be more economical to build. There could have been a towel bar under the bathroom sink. I didn’t see any hairdryer or nightlight. We couldn’t find any material in the room to tell us about local options for food. The QR code was not helpful, since we can’t use that. The pillows and the mattress were way too soft. The closet door swung out into the room so that when it was open, the other person could not walk by! It looks like this room is in serious need of updating.

The staff were so helpful and supportive, especially after a long day of traveling. April at the reception desk was outstanding. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. There is some wear in the rooms (paint chipping in the bathroom), but for the most part, they are clean and more than adequate.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. SOME STUFF NEEDED REFILLED.

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly pleasant and made CHRCK in and out a breeze

Everything was very nice in the room, the free breakfast and the entire experience was restful.

Room was not clean: carpeting, bathroom floor, mold on shower door runner, horrible mattress. Place needs to be updated, raised tiles in lobby difficult to walk on. Room was quite pricey for the area where we stayed.

Our room was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and catered to any needs we had. One person working the desk went above and beyond for us but I didn't catch her name. The hotel definitely needs a lot of updates. The bath tub was leaking in the room I stayed in. The rooms were just outdated in general.

I need my $60 deposit back!

My only critique would be breakfast and the coffee. They need to put a bit more flavor into all of it - or at least some of it. the coffee was a bit diluted?? But the bagels and bread products were very good! for the price point, it was a very good choice for us and we would definitely stay there again.

The location is great. We specifically booked this hotel for the pool. When we arrived, there was a piece of paper on the check-in desk stating it was closed. I asked if it was just for the day, hoping we could use it the next morning. I was told it has been closed since December. There was no disclosure of this when I booked my reservation. When a guest books your hotel for a major amenity, there should be transparency if this amenity is not available.

Overall it is a better place to stay. Good breakfast choices.
