Towels and linens were not changed, and the bed was not made, either. The "breakfast" that was offered was a jug of coffee and some hockey-puck-like pastries, No milk or cream, just non-dairy "creamer". There was no restaurant or pub on the property. There was no elevator to the upper floor, just stairs. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, but a word with the hotel desk resulted in that being dealt with reasonably quickly.

First off, I found an empty condom box. The next morning I found an used condom. No kleenex or hairdryer in the room. The main and bathroom doors did not close properly. The pillows had moisture to them. The shower area was not clean enough. Planned on staying two nights but left after the first. The staff was not overly helpful and was not of much help.

Accessible entrances and near shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive. Parking is also free and plenty of parking spaces. And free coffee! Needs better cleaning and too much dust in the air conditioner. They also need new towels. The towels smell clean but you can also see some stains on the towels.

i liked when i could finally leave. -watching staff and police turn a blind eye to child sex trafficking -being charged more and more for every stay, staff being rude if you bring that up -being catcalled multiple times if i left my room -housekeeping are thieves -bugs EVERYWHERE, it’s not much different from sleeping outside -people screaming at the top of their lungs arguing in multiple different rooms and banging on doors from the hours of midnight-about 3am -just stay with your parents. no matter what that looks like for you there’s almost no chance this is better

If I wanted 2 dlb beds I would have reserved a room with such .. I will be reaching out to them to follow up on this matter

When we arrived for check in, the man at the front desk ( Ron) said A room with 2 dlb beds and I told him I had reserved a room with 1 KING bed. We ended up with the room with the 2 dlb beds, that's not what I reserved!!!! Upon chec out I made sure I spoke to the man on duty, he said he was going to speak to his manager. If I wanted 2 dlb beds I would have reserved a room with such .. I will be reaching out to them to follow up on this matter

When u first walked in room, the blinds were all broken and the curtains didn’t close, so if u want to wake when sun comes up, this rooms for you! In bathroom, we had spiders on our towels and centipede in sink still alive, no extra toilet paper, no Kleenexes, mold in bathroom, the shower railing is missing, just holes where it should be. It was so dirty my daughter said “we r gonna have to burn everything we brought in with us” I’m 62 years old, and stayed in lots of hotels and motels, this was by far the WORSE I have ever stayed in!! Run don’t walk away from this place….
