Very lovely place. Breakfast was great, staff was helpful. Room was clean & WiFi worked.

A very nice and comfortable place to stay. We got upgraded to the suite. It's conveniently located to gas stations, grocery store Starbucks and fast food. Also the clerk named Preston was a true asset. He was very upbeat, pleasant and knowledgeable able. We enjoyed stopping there.
-
Clean room with everything you could need for a short Shasta visit.
-
Dirty curtains staff asked us not taking towels with us, they asked 2 times, very insulting
-
Room had decent comfortable beds. Only positive. Otherwise, completely filthy carpets, ripped ruined furniture and broken fixtures. The pool was DISGUSTING, FILTHY AND FULL OF BUGS. No hot tub even though it had one in pictures. Also, elevator ceiling was falling apart and we got stuck in elevator for 5 mins. It was beeping, not moving, so scared when we finally got out we used stairs only.

Clean, quiet and easy after long day. Great breakfast too

The hotel rooms need a significant refresh, probably 5 years ago. The rooms had a lot of wear and tear, carpet, bathrooms (those were a bit sketchy), walls and even the small stuff like light switches, curtains etc... The positive is that the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean.

Well maintained property and friendly staff. Very nice rooms. No highway noise. The only thing I would change is to add signs to the pool. Thank you!

Otherwise it was really good

Great location. Staff was incredibly friendly. Shower pressure was amazing! This was a great road trip stop. Beautiful scenery as well.

Shower handle was extremely loose; afraid coming off.

The place is not maintained. My room was a suite but the furniture was bizarre . I had a couch and coffee table and then two tables that are for a diner. No tv near the couch so the only place to watch tv was in the bed. The curtains were held together with safety pins and the carpet in bad repair. The bedding was frayed and there was a blood stain on one of the pillows. There are few amenities. Tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Two bars of soap. I’ve garbage can for the whole room including the kitchenette. Lots of noise — trucks idling all night and you. An easily hear people upstairs. Not good and not worth what I paid.

It was a solid 3 star hotel. Nice breakfast, good tv coverage, and convenient to the freeway.
