Town House Motel

No staff, no office, had to go down the street to register at another motel. Garbage all over the grounds. No pool, no ice. Small dated room with decades old carpet. Heavily perfumed linens, but still didn't hide musty old odors. Perfume so strong we used our own pillows but had to launder the cases before we could use them again.

Cheap, but a good example of "you get what you pay for". Spend a few bucks more and get a decent room.

There was humid smell from carpet.

Cheap AC wasn't working well. Also, the smoke alarm wasn't working, needed new batteries. Seemed the room wasn't totally cleaned up.

Literally everything in the room was broken or worked poorly. The air conditioner rattled so loud I couldn't use it, maybe 3 TV channels were watchable, the bedside lamp was broken, the shower was for handicapped use and had no curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor, and there was no personnel on site. The motel down the street apparently was the very inconvenient point of contact, and the young man there was no help. I should have just left but I was exhausted and I don't believe they would have processed a payment refund, which I very much think I deserve.

It's nothing as advertised it's a cesspool it smelled like urine old and dilapidated and nobody at the actual property who work there they're across the street at the cleaner newer Hotel no continental breakfast as advertised I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it is uncared for and if it was $20 a night it would still be $20 too much anybody who stays here should be entitled to their money back it is a rip off

Arrived to find the office closed with a hand written note explaining lobby was closed and that you had to inquire at the hotel across the street. That hotel was also closed. Parking lot had bbqs in parking stalls, a kiddie pool in another with absolutely no parking available. We never did get checked in and had to find another hotel for the night.

Am told the owner of this motel is having issues. The rooms are check out at the Hi-Lo motel across the street. My two big complaints are the room smelled of mold, and the sheets were stained. Some other reviewer had mold in their rooms. Maybe it wasn't addressed correctly? The rooms are supposedly non smoking, but there are several old chairs and ashtrays in front of the motel room windows. The occupant next to my room was smoking in the chair next to my window. I believe the "vending area", where you might get ice and soda was boarded up and padlocked. And the fridge in my room was questionable. Kind of sad, really otherwise it's a cute little motel.

I’m not sure as no one was at the desk to check in. We called multiple times and rang the door bell multiple times for over an hour with no response from anyone. No one was at the desk to check us in and no one would answer the phone or the door bell.

Clean

Simple but clean. No frills but comfortable and well priced .

The check-in was at a different hotel across the street. We didn't mind that so much. Their phone was not working, so we were not able to confirm our reservation. Our previous hotel had been over-booked.

For the price, we got a clean room with clean sheets. Parking was right in front of our room

I didn’t stay the power in the town of weed was off the motel said I couldn’t stay under those conditions The motels power was out go check with them and return my money

The apartment was very dirty, smelled terrible, was very cold, and the heating was very noisy. The beds and sheets were bad, and the bathroom and towels were not good.
