Absolutely fantastic service top to bottom. We stayed here to go to a show at the Star Lake Pavilion just over the state line into PA. They provided a list of driver services to get to and from the venue and those services were fantastic, as well. Uber/Lyft do not work well in this area due to WV being a sliver between Ohio and PA here. Uber specifically only permits drivers to pick up passengers from the state they hold their license. They can drop off in a different state but can't pick up. This means you can only hope to get a WV Uber driver to leave the hotel which is tough. Just a thing to consider. The hotel has it thought out and gets you the right resources to overcome this. Room was clean, staff was polite. I'll for sure come back again.

The onsite restaurant was a blessing. Both breakfast and dinner did not disappoint. The breakfast cook was amazing and her presentation of food was top notch!

The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants. Very convenient for patrons!

The reception desk seemed to be an area where employees hang out with the cell phones. I have stayed here before and it will be a long time before I return. The whole place needs and update. I am amazed at the 4 star rating. Definately not that.
