We came here for a concert at starlake. It was very clean, comfy beds, good breakfast, great location and really close to the concert. Lots of restaurants and shopping close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time we come here for anything we will definitely stay here.

Bugs in the room, you could clearly tell they don’t change the linens regularly, management doesn’t care and is offended that you might actually inquire about something that could be wrong with your stay.

Our room seemed recently renovated. Room was on the smaller side but bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! The free breakfasts were good too! We even had biscuits and gravy on Sunday, free coffee 24/7. Lots of places to eat nearby and just off the highway. Attended a conference in Steubenville and it was just a short drive from WV to OH!

The bed is 30" from the ground and when you are 5'1", it is very difficult to get into bed without a stool step.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite is Donna in the morning during breakfast time. We call her the dining room ambassador. She gets their early before we all wake up and works hard cooking those eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. And then Donna comes out with that beautiful smile to chat and is so kind and friendly to everyone as they enjoy the breakfast she has prepared.
