The room offered a safe but there was no key available. Most of the rooms have missing keys. The hotel is under limited renovation but needs to be totally renovated and this wasn’t noted when booking. The hotel was over priced for the service offered, for the appearance, for the mildew smell in the rooms and for the lack of safes in the room. We paid $275 a night which includes the tax.

The room was clean. But the TV was broken(lines going through it). No fan in the bathroom. Jacuzzi was amazing but wish it had a bar to put yourself in and out (short people problems)

Everyone was extremely helpful and the front desk workers were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. They were remodeling rooms.. but wasn’t disturbed.

The best part of this hotel stay was the sign posted in the lobby advertising a ride share/shuttle service that we used to get to our concert.
-
Great location stat for concerts (shows) at The Pavilion at Star Lake.
-
Checked in for a concert, the staff was not helpful for the area and stressed several times about the traffic to/from the venue. The traffic was absolutely fine and I used my google search in finding a good local spot for food and drinks before the concert.
