Our room wasn’t ready at check-in even though we arrived after the 3pm check-in time. And we then had to change rooms later that night as the bed had stains and a hairball under the covers. The new room had a clean bed but there were a lot of stains on the curtain sheers. There were not a lot of breakfast options and the regular coffee dispenser wasn’t working the first morning though it was fixed the next day.

The property was fine for a one night stay and considering other hotels were booked. The room needed to be cleaner especially the bathroom. We found our own swim towels. The staff could be more attentive.

The staff, the breakfast, the pool Our covers had one yellow stains on them amd one had a decent size old blood stain, we could only get one clean blanket back because they didn't have any. The staff was apologetic and luckily we brought some blankets for the car so we used them. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. The staff are very nice

I was not advise location was under construction.there was no shower courtains in the bathroom, when i inquired about it , i was told to install them myself , and was offered a discount for my staying that never happen , bathroom size was smaller and room size is as well. I wont stay again on this location again. Breakfast was not good and coffee was cold.

No internet for almost two days and no one had a sense of when it might be available. I found the floor in the shower quite slick and excessively sloped -- an accident waiting to happen.

So one thing elevator was out so my wife ad a hard time walking to 3rd floor and then room stunk like dead fish and we found a used dildo in a draw and it was our anniversary horrible experience

The room was greatly overpriced for what it turned out to be. Definitely disappointed with the accomodations. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so the smoke detector went off during a shower. I was told to open the window. The window opens but doesn't have a screen so bugs could come in. There's paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, and the Jacuzzi tub kept running cold, as well as many broken tiles around it. The room seriously needed maintenance attention for various issues. However, the staff was wonderful and the only reason this location got 3 stars.

Elevator-broken. WiFi- broken. Ice machine-broken. Key card kept deactivating. Just a all around disappointing stay

Hot tub been down for awhile everytime we visit and the pool was cloudy and had paint chips at the bottom of the pool and the brick on the side of the pool was broke. and room 108 has no ac but Jessica at the front desk was nice and moved us to 120 and the ac worked perfectly in that room
