Linda at the front desk was fantastic, she made our stay very smooth, the staff and hotel itself was so great we decided to stay an extra night and the process was so smooth, my wife and I came in to visit long distance family and the holiday inn express made our stay 10x more enjoyable. Thank you!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service top to bottom. We stayed here to go to a show at the Star Lake Pavilion just over the state line into PA. They provided a list of driver services to get to and from the venue and those services were fantastic, as well. Uber/Lyft do not work well in this area due to WV being a sliver between Ohio and PA here. Uber specifically only permits drivers to pick up passengers from the state they hold their license. They can drop off in a different state but can't pick up. This means you can only hope to get a WV Uber driver to leave the hotel which is tough. Just a thing to consider. The hotel has it thought out and gets you the right resources to overcome this. Room was clean, staff was polite. I'll for sure come back again.
