Room was great. Corridors need some help. The hallway carpet had trip hazards everywhere

I was not happy with housekeeping. We were told when checking in housekeeping would be every other day. They visited our room three times in a nearly two week stay, and one of those we had to find them in the hallway and ask them for housekeeping.

Tuvimos un viaje en familia de 4 y el personal del hotel muy amable tanto quien nos recibió por la noche y quién entrgamos por la mañana y personal de limpieza muy amable el lugar muy limpio que volveríamos a hospedarnos de nuevo ya que fue la primera vez mis hijos disfrutaron de la alberca limpia lo recomiendo 100%

Second time staying here. First time the elevator was broken, this time couldn't have a key made because of an outage in the system. I also noticed on my floor there was parts of the carpet taped together to keep it down and some of the carpet was bulging up. Could be a trip hazard. The staff is always super friendly, though.

I had to ask for more toilet paper, I dont think house cleaning replenished when they cleaned.

The key cards didn’t work so we were at the mercy of any available staff to let us in the room. Would have been nice to get a discount on the room or next visit.

The walk-in shower. The breakfast was just OK. The egg quiche was not enjoyable. The waffle syrup was difficult to open.
