Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wenatchee

Second time staying here. First time the elevator was broken, this time couldn't have a key made because of an outage in the system. I also noticed on my floor there was parts of the carpet taped together to keep it down and some of the carpet was bulging up. Could be a trip hazard. The staff is always super friendly, though.

I had to ask for more toilet paper, I dont think house cleaning replenished when they cleaned.

The key cards didn’t work so we were at the mercy of any available staff to let us in the room. Would have been nice to get a discount on the room or next visit.

Both elevators were broken and we had to walk to the 5th floor. The room is ok. The bed is very clean. Breakfast is good.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay with great amenities and a comfortable clean room.

We have stayed here a couple of times and in fact when we need a hotel in East Wenatchee this is where we stay. It's a 5 minute drive to my daughters house which is very convenient, but also it is a nice place, always clean and all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection and i have to comment on the oatmeal in particular. I never have oatmeal other than making it at home because it is usually slimey or not cooked enough for my liking, but their oatmeal is very good and they have several toppings! Will definitely stay here again!

If you are allergic to feathers make sure to let the front desk know upon arrival. I was unaware they had feather pillows, as most hotels have gotten rid of them. So glad we brought our own pillows, 3 of my 4 family members are allergic.

Clean. Welcoming. Good linens w/ more than enough towels, etc. Very nice front desk staff. A bit removed from things - restaurants, coffeehouses, stores. A screaming head banging car pulled into drive thru to check in and never stopped the foul language music. It was a bit surprising to me.

Very bac noise insulation. You can hear all the noise on the parking lot and in the room next door.
