Would stay here again

They did not enforce the pool rules. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub after the kid hours ended at 10pm but there were screaming kids in the pool well after that so we didnt get to enjoy the feature.

We only stopped for a few hours to get some sleep but we absolutely loved the Jimmy deans for breakfast! Very clean very nice staff.

It was a very comfortable stay at this hotel. the hot tubs need some maintenance as far as the jets go. My only complaint was that the pools were FULL of children and hard to use because they were rowdy. While parents were there, they were unresponsive to their children's behavior so, I thought Hotel Staff could help in this area. Other than that, no complaints!!

Rooms are ok but do feel time to update, staff if ok, but should smile more… pools is ok for kids but adults won’t find it pleasant… Front desk would not take cash as payment, I found that inconvenient… Breakfast was disaster… frozen sandwich that you have to microwave over 4 minutes, very poor selection of very few items.. my family of 7 were not happy with the breakfast at all.

The check in process was slow. Two workers and they were attending to “regulars” by chatting and getting them some loaf that one of the staff members made. Myself and the the other customer were getting impatient. We were there with two other families. Our room (239) smelled badly of smoke. The other two rooms (226 and 439) did not. The beds were fine. Sheets and pillows cases were soft. This is an old hotel that has not been renovated. If coming back to the Gorge I would most likely not stay again. The smoking smell really threw me off. We checked in and quickly got ready to leave for the concert. We didn’t get back until 1:30 am. It was too late to ask for a room change or I would have. We did not use the pool. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast either. It was pretty questionable, in particular the eggs.

Our stay was fine and the front desk staff were present at all hours, but our room didn't get serviced at all. No one came by to make the beds, take the trash or bring fresh towels.

A great location. Parking was on site and close by. Nicely decorated spacious room. Large indoor/outdoor pool. Friendly staff.

We were'nt Allowed to check in before going to an event

The room decor was old, but the pool was nice. Our toilet broke and I had to ask twice for it to be fixed. The AC was really weak for being in Wenatchee where it's quite hot. They never cleaned our room even though we were out from 9am-4pm. There was one staff person who tried to help, but it was just him, the others completely missed the mark.
