I liked how the rooms were clean and spacious for two queen beds. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The indoor/outdoor pool and two hot tubs were also a plus. One complaint is the outdoor section of the pool gets dirty with insects, bird feathers, and pollen cones from the pine trees. The hotel should make available a pool skimmer so the guests can skim the debris themselves. One amenty that was missing from my hotel room was a microwave. It was inconvenient to warm up my food in the lobby. Another amenity that would have been convenient to have is a guest laundry. I had to drive three blocks to use a public laundromat. We stayed 3 nights and not once did the cleaning staff pop in to tidy up and replenish our towel sets, lotion and bar of soap. After the first night that's fine but after two nights someone should have came in and tidied up and replenish our towels, soap and lotion. I should have to chase someone and ask them to do their job.

Clean, quiet great view of the river from the top floors

The room was perfect and the staff amazing. Every questions answered. See you again.
-
Great location near the river and downtown area. Breakfast was just pre-packaged food, so skipped that. Helpful staff.
-
In a good location and good value. The hotel is a little dated. Breakfast was chaos.
-
I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The only bad thing about my stay was the extremely lacking breakfast options. Yogurt and cereal. Virtually no other options. You think with the cost of the rooms they would have had better options. Next time ill stay at the best western, they at least know how to do breakfast

They were very nice and let us check in before check in time. Which was great with 2 little ones. Also booked an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room

The swimming pool was dirty and there were very few sun beds. The breakfast was an absolute joke and it was advertised as continental. The room was okay and the guy at the reception desk was nice. I won't visit again.

Staff is always friendly and helpful in every way. Inside-outside pool is fun. Lots of free parking. The restaurant at the top of the hotel has been closed for years, yet they continue to advertise it. There are coffee pot machines, irons, hair dryers and fridges in the rooms, But no microwaves. There IS a microwave in the lobby, but their “continental” breakfast can leave you wanting something more. No sweet rolls this year. Loved the ones they had last year! Hotel is clean, Getting older - so hallway carpeting is fading. And our mattress was super soft. Not a good fit for older backs. - I gave it a high 4+ because we DO enjoy staying there. The staff is GREAT! Just wanted to give a heads up, to those who are expecting “high class” Accommodations, that you might be slightly disappointed.

I love this hotel. The location was great. Close to the bike trail and Pybus Market. Room was spacious and had a river view. It was clean and quiet. Lots of parking in the back. The pool is cold, and only 3 feet deep, but the hot tub was nice. My only negative comment is no microwave in the room.

Staff very friendly and helpful!

Very limited choices Been waiting several years for restaurant to re-open, microwave in rooms would be appreciated

They have water, tea and coffee 24h, breakfast was ok, good for the price
-
Nice hotel, a bit dated but clean and friendly. The “continental breakfast “ was nothing but cereal and not much else.
-
Clean rooms. Easy onsite parking. Next to waterfront park and public market. Safe.

Pool is as great and two hot tubs were a plus. Breakfast was interesting. The AC unit in our room worked however it as very loud and smelled musty and kept us up all night. Beds were comfy. Older hotel with some updates definitely needed. Walking distance to a lot of options for food and walking along the river. Parking was not an issue which was great!

We arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning and were greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk. We felt very welcomed.

. Back in the day when I took my young son there it was awesome love playing in the pool had a great all time. Fast forward now that I'm older . The room air conditioner/fan is really noisy it sounds like a freight train. It's a nice hotel great location.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The breakfast was inadequate and needs to be upgraded.
