Staff competent and helpful. Breakfast coffee, teas, milk, water. Most breakfast items in packaged plastic for you to heat up in microwave. Sausage egg biscuits, kolaches,hard boiled eggs. Lots of parking in rear and convenient to get to elevators. Rooms nice, clean with good water pressure and hot water and fridge

Beautiful room, wonderful staff, amazing location! My only minor complaints: there is no microwave in the room and the TV’s are hilariously tiny lol. But other than that - excellent place to stay in Wenatchee!

The hotel was near the convention center and near places with good food. We ate at Atlas Fare across the street which is a Michelin star restaurant and while pricey $100 a plate-ish it was delicious.

Easy check in, helpful staff, clean, pool and hot tub were awesome and great location right in the heart of downtown

I loved this hotel and the pool was absolutely epic! Really great place over all. I’m leaving a bad review however, for the following reasons. We got a double queen room. One for me, one for my 7 year old son. My son was laying in his bad and dropped his phone charger. When I bent down to grab it, I discovered some trash but the most disgusting thing was these chewed up and spit out Zins. Zins are those nicotine pouches I have never used them but I’ve seen people that do. That’s how I knew what they were. I found this extremely concerning because my son is autistic and puts things in his mouth when he shouldn’t sometimes. If he had put those in his mouth, not only would it be disgusting, but he could have gotten poisoned. It also gave me serious concern that this property was not cleaned properly. I did love this hotel, but did not sit right with me. I’ll include pics and videos

We needed to get.a super early check in and Tyler went above and beyond. Don't ever let him go, he is a diamond in the rough! Best hotel experience ever And let's talk about the house keeper ,I can't remember her name but she is from Michoacán ,my! That lady is gold! Amazing staff

Good location. You need to keep your room key card away from bank cards and mobile phones; otherwise, it gets demagnetized immediately, making it impossible to open the door and forcing you to keep going back to the reception desk to get a replacement. After all, when you travel, you just put the essentials—your key, cards, and phone—in your handbag.
