Hotel had an older feel to it. Breakfast was understaffed which resulted in people waiting for food to be brought out and line ups.

Too noisy, road on one side and train on the other. Some kiddo was running and adult stomping on the floor up until almost midnight, called front desk they said they will take care of it but either ignored it or that family above ignored the request.

It is a decent hotel for the price. It is clean but a bit dated in the rooms. As in the building is older and they have painted it and over painted. Good shower. The breakfast is standard hotel breakfast but good in a hurry. The staff are the best part. amazing staff, helpful, friendly and made both check in and out quick and efficient.

Clean room, beds were nice, pillows ok. Pool was good, clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options, maybe need more fruit. Location was great for us.

Great value everything in working order. Staff were all very nice. Breakfast was great and maintained full. Pool and hot tub clean and in working order. Would recommend to anybody visiting Wenatchee😊

Nice breakfast, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub. Good location. We choose hotels with included breakfast and EV charging. The EV charging is level 1 and there is only one charging station at this hotel, so the odds of getting charged are poor. They also have, we found out the hard way, an unadvertised “wait list” for the charger, which they made no mention of and is not posted anywhere. When we found the charger not in use, we plugged in. Unfortunately, while my wife was sitting in the car, another customer came out and unplugged us and scared my wife. The customer said the hotel staff told him he could since we weren’t on her “list”. When we reported this to the staff they acknowledged they had told the customer to unplug us because we weren’t on her “list”. When asked about the list, the staff member said it was “policy” but not posted anywhere or stated on their website or documented anywhere. We’ve decided not to use this hotel in the future. Having only one charging station checks a box on their marketing plan but doesn’t realistically serve the customer base. The staff’s response to have another customer unplug us was a very poor choice. We would have happily waited our turn if we had been informed.

I requested in writing at the time of booking a room on the east side of the building facing the river, and then called to confirm this the day before I arrived. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and I was given a room above Wenatchee Ave. My option for sleeping was to keep the window closed and listen to the noisy AC fan, or open the window and listen to the noisy traffic on the ave. Neither option was comfortable & I struggled to fall asleep. Room was fine & clean, breakfast meh. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was significantly better than BW in Omak. Loved the fresh ground coffee machine with lots of options.
