I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I arrived a bit late and the lamps and ac were on and prepared for my arrival. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, shower was hot, the towels were good. The walls are thick and protective from the neighboring noises. I didn't try the tv or the microwave but the fridge was working just right. This was great value for me as I just wanted a safe and comfortable place to crash for one night. This is a well managed property. 10 stars is based on expectations well exceeded for the price. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Avenue Motel!

The front staff was great but the room was not dairy Queen there is hair all over the place. A hair clip left in the room. And woke up to the noise outside the door

They have cockroaches and are very dirty and do not clean I didn't like anything

For a motel, it was pretty clean compared to some I’ve seen in my life time. They had a microwave and fridge, and According to my husband the internet was pretty good. Pillows were too flat where your head was basically touching the head board, the room I was in requires a new tv as this one was a little staticky, wasn’t too bad though it could have been worse.

The whole deal.. The deposit takes 3-5 days...Too long if you use a card, and need that 100.00 back because your homeless and broke!
-
To much tv static.

? There was a red light room right next door to our room. They talked about a deposit but I’m not sure why would have been covered, everything in the room was not worth stealing

2ft by 1ft BLOODSTAINS one left side of mattress, 6inch bloodstain on the right side. Only one light in the room that worked & cobwebs everywhere.
-
Not much No maintenance

We needed more towels because they only stocked the room with one set. We tried to call the office to get said towels, but once the manager answered the phone she yelled at us for calling at 5 AM and Saif she doesn't open until 9 AM. Hotels are supposed to service you all hours!! Everything!

I loved the speedy check in, easy check out Upon checking in and getting in the room my daughter went to sit down and eat and the chair leg fell apart. They left a broken chair in the room for their guests to use, and when I contacted “night service” @5am, my exact words were “ Hello and Good morning I am staying in room (*)would I be able to get a couple of towels?” To which the front desk said “ Really? At this time? No. You are going to have to wait until 8/9 am and then you can go to the front desk and get them.” I HAD to be back in my hometown at 8 am for my classes, I am baffled that theyHave a sign saying for night service call don’t knock on the front door, which I did to then be met with such rude and unprofessional behavior. The carpets had a mushy feeling each time I’ve stayed and have left my feet completely black within 5-6 minutes of walking around.

It is what it is The stray or abandoned cat that was meowing all night outside my room door…
