Threats were written on the wall light fixture burnt, there’s holes covered with dryer sheets, mold in the walls water damage everywhere on walls hotel refused refund after checking in and seeing the room we returned key and left and the hotel kept us checked in for the two days that we were supposed to stay I took pictures and everything even Hotels.com was concerned about this hotel. They tried to get a hold of them and try to get my refund, but they declined numerous times and constantly ignoring phone calls. And was rude to the people from Hotels.com I’m out of $500 between leaving this hotel and having to get a new one this hotel is absolutely trash and disgusting

The property cancelled my booking last minute. Leaving me scrambling to find accommodation at the last minute of the day.

I think if you just need a place to crash and that is all, this would be it and nothing more. The room was standard clean but there are permanent damage and stains everywhere including the mattress, linen, towels. In particular my room did not have a bathroom door and no secondary lock. TV, fridge, microwave, lights, AC, all worked.

Hotel was a dive

The beds were comfortable No phone, no housekeeping, my bill was paid in full and they still took a $50.00 deposit on top of that. The lady at the front desk seemed put out when I asked the reason why and was told…at least I only charged $50 and not the full $100 for the deposit.

The room was old, outdated, hair in the sink and shower, no ice in the ice machine, no water in the pool.

Tweaker broke window and fell on a car. Cops were called.

When we showed up for check-in after our concert, the lights were off and the lobby door was locked. No one answered. Rang the doorbell several times, knocked on the window several times and nothing. Ended up going down the street in paying three times as much for a hotel. The next morning when I stopped by to make sure they refunded my money they told me they were likely passed out and to call Expedia for a refund. Expedia told me I had to get refund from hotel. Endless cycle of B.

It was nothing special and worked great for a place to crash. The staff was extremely friendly and we'd stay there again.

Well for a cheep place to stay it's fine don't expect it being fancy,took a real quick shower cuz the hot water didn't last long ,the blankets were on a shelf just a very tin sheet /blanket on the bed,but the staff was very nice,if you need anything they help ,will not be going there again.

The pool was not available. Said it was being repaired, no evidence of that. Ice machine was out of order. Room was filthy in places. Terrible noise all during the night.Hard to get and stay asleep. TV watching was terrible because it was nearly impossible to find a channel.

The rooms are very dated, it took an hour to check in, and there was never anybody at the front desk. I don’t recommend this hotel if you want a nice place to say. It was clean, but I won’t stay there again.

I come to the front and you need to call to get someone there it was 7pm then she said the computer was slop and I saw her using her phone while trying to look for my name

Nothing Everything... the smell, tbe cleanliness. Didnt even stay thr night.

Needed to have shower curtains changed out, not very clean. AC did keep the room cool. Which was nice. Ice machine was out of order, unfortunate. Would be nice if they had lil coffee machines in the rooms.

Price Manager refused to give us the 2-bed room that we paid for and the receipt clearly showed we paid for 2 beds and it was a 5 night stay and we had to sleep on the floor because the hotel refused to move us to the correct room

Mold and Residue from the cleaning products. Also my salad was frozen from too cold of the freezer in the refrigerator.

The room was dirty, found dead bugs in my bed and the sheets were stained. I left right away and checked out but didn't get a refund.

Price close to new job Older but clean and semi working order
