I require an ADA room and the check-in staff went above and beyond getting me into the correct room. However the following day (as I was extending) the older Indian manager increased the room rate saying it was due the ADA equipment. Rather than relocate I paid the increased rate. Lots of deferred maintenance here as well.

Clean and staff was friendly

Spacious and clean room . The lobby is cozy and welcoming. Staffs were professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

The property is very rundown, they are using the hallways as janitor closets. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was closed. Our room smelled bad and I would not stay here again.

Decent for the price.

Breakfast was alright. Yogurts were gone. Not as many options for us when we don’t eat eggs and meat. There wasn’t any milk for the cereal. Couldn’t get a turn with the waffle maker. It was packed. Would have been nice to have some croissants or pastries. The biscuits were good though. There wasn’t any milk only flavored creamer for the coffee. Would be nice to have some plain half and half. It took us a long time of waiting to check in. The person was on the phone a long time helping another customer. Checking out took a long time too. Nobody was at the counter for about 15 min and we waited a long time with 2 other guests trying to check out . Called the phone like it said but no one picked up.

Could be better and definitely needs to refill everything once it's gone. Breakfast and hot tub could be done

Very disappointed with the breakfast items offered. We often book Quality Inns as the breakfast offers things compatible with both our diets. There wasn’t much on the counter we could eat. I contacted the front desk as there wasn’t no milk, no yogurt, no eggs (hot chafing dish was out of order but they could have had hard boiled eggs), no fruit, no hot cereal options. There was only white bread, bagels and English muffins, no pastries. The attendant did top up the milk container but that was all.

Upon check-in when we entered the room, we noticed a bad smell, then noticed the bathroom ceiling had collapsed. Management tried to blame us for the collapsed ceiling. Bad service

Good

Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was ok just to get something in your stomach. We didn't use it but there is a swimming pool.
-
Didn’t have toilet paper in our room, trash wasn’t taken out and there were used socks in the drawers.
-
Breakfast had broken equipment and many of the items were empty and were not filled during the time we were there. There were no plates, bread or sausage

I paid for four nights, after two they took everything I left in the room and wanted me to pay for two more nights they wouldn’t give anything back or pay for what they took. I will never stay there again.

Staff was super nice and always said good morning or hello when they saw us. We had two big (and friendly) dogs that stayed with us and they were welcomed. It is always nice to have a good place to stay when you travel with your dogs. The bed was amazing and being how it is Wenatchee and we are not accustomed to the heat, the air conditioning was able to keep up and we all slept great. We were super busy most of our trip but we did enjoy the pool one day. Breakfast was good, and nice not to have to leave the hotel to find food at 6am. It was a super plus tonus that you can connect your own Netflix account to their tv for the time we were in the hotel.

Clean and a place to great stay

All the outside re entry door handles were broken. Other guests mentioned it being broken

The place was quite dirty. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The carpet was quite dirty, and the bed wasn't comfortable. I didn't like it at all. I wouldn't come back here.
