Clean rooms nice staff

Staff was excellent. Property is well kept, and lots of parking. Dated interior and rooms. Was everything we needed in a 1 night stop over. Tub didn’t drain great, beds were soft. Room was large. No complaints for the budget we had.

Nothing! Unsanitary conditions. Left the property promptly after checking in. I was still charged. They claimed I stayed there the duration of my reservation. Definitely not recommended!

It was fine but definitely needs upgrades in carpeting, tvs , furniture etc..

Convenient location to shopping stores The carpets in the hallways were taped and coming up like they were really old and looked dirty. The smell in the hallways was awful. The pool and hot tub were dirty and had to clean just to swim. Breakfast was not comparable to other hotels I have stayed at. Food was dry and tasteless.

A little outdated, but the amenities were worth it! The outdoor pool & hot tub are really clean and you get a private balcony. The breakfast was also so good! Will definitely be back!

Really outdated, most of staff was not mean but not friendly... it was ok for the price...

In the end everything worked out but I was put in a pretty uncomfortable financial position until everything was resolved, so if you have pets be sure they charge you the pet fee at the time of check in. I did not double check (didn't think I needed to), and on the last night of my four night stay I had to switch rooms because I lost hot water in my room. They switched my room very quickly, but during the swap she noticed I hadn't been charged the pet fee. I relayed that at that point I didn't have enough on my card to cover that because I thought all my fees had been paid already and I had enough to cover my travel home on there and that was it. She just said ok. No indication she was going to charge me anyway, and not too long after getting moved to my new room she calls and tells me she charged my card for as much as I had left on there and told me I had a $58 outstanding balance. After all was said and done, they removed the charge but it took 3 days for the charge to fall off and I had to scramble to borrow money so I had enough gas to make it home. The rest of the staff was great, and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast was good. The value for the stay was affordable. And overall was clean. The fan in the bathroom did not work. And the pillows were alittle flat but I took my pillow anyway. The carpet will probably need to be clean soon.

Easy to access The sound of a dog barking for 45 minutes many times a day. It is disturbing to me. I like dogs but not when they bark all the time

It got better towards the end of the stay Clean carpet or replace. Have breakfast ready in a timely manner.
