The concierge was very friendly and amazing service

Check in was quick. Hotel is just ok. Definitely in need of a makeover! Room seemed clean at first but found wet swim trunks on the floor from previous occupants so obviously it wasn’t cleaned very well. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t use any amenities since it was a 1 night stay and the smoke from all the wildfires blew in. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Missed breakfast so can’t speak to that. The hotel is so old. It’s badly needed in repair. The rooms are dark. Easy to get lost in the halls. Paint chipping, stained carpets and old outdated decor.

The price is great. They didn't have hot water available often. The staff kept knocking on my door when I scheduled a late checkout so I could get work done. The breakfast had stuff to put in oatmeal but no oatmeal or hot water was out.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good value.

Convenient and good value

The hotel looks great from the exterior, but everything inside needs updating, especially carpets (held together by duct tape) and lighting. The rooms were fairly clean despite the age. The big fail was breakfast. We were sold by rave reviews left by others on their amazing breakfast, but it was such a let down. Pancake batter not filled, no milk for the cereal, no fruit, no jam or cream cheese for toast or bagels, only eggs were kept stocked. Other guests left to go look for food elsewhere.

They don’t value customers and there is bird poop all over the balconies. We waited over an hour for breakfast because they weren’t prepared for a full house. Management is terrible. Office manager wouldn’t accommodate an extra hour to make up for the waiting around for breakfast and the lack of sleep because of the constant noise all night from the pigeons nesting outside the balcony. Not a very understanding manager especially since it’s a Sunday and a lot of ppl we talked to were checking out and the tournament was over and NOT a long weekend. Unfortunately that ruined the stay. The other staff were excellent and helpful but the breakfast was really poorly organized. The room was ok for one night. Spend your money somewhere else where they value customers.

It smelled and had a musty odor. It was old and run down. As we got into our room, that smelled also. I went to give my son a bath and there were long black hairs in the tub! When we went to go to bed, there were long black hairs on the pillowcase and sheets! It was GROSS!!!

It was a pleasant stay. Plenty of parking. Rooms could use an upgrade but overall for the economy price it was worth it.

2) No literature in room so I had to walk to front desk Multiple times for help. 3) Front desk said they'd bring me shampoo, Never Did! 4) Elevator wouldn't move. I am Disabled and had to walk up and down stairs constantly! 5) Pool hours, 9am to 9pm. They were in the pool and hot tub til after 1:30am and back out there by 6:30am! Noise all Night and Morning! 6) There is a feral cat in the courtyard by pool with Kittens who appear to live there. Out POOPING all over the sidewalk and against the building. (Have pictures!) 7) No Carts! Steps up back door where ONLY elevator is. We had to carry up everything to THIRD floor! (I am Disabled!!!) 8) Back door handle broken off and hanging! 9) Fridge is inside of a cabinet so no air flow = NOT COLD! I pulled it out and left the door open so it would get cold enough to use it. 10) Room Stinks! Moldy/Wet smelling. Carpet even felt moist/damp! 11) Patio door handle is small and hard to grab to open or close. Door didn't want to lock. Door also very Heavy and doesn't slide well. 12) Bottom drawer sticks out and won't close at all. I walked by too close and found that out! Scraped my ankle/leg! 13) Coffee Maker missing parts so we could not use it. Had to go out and BUY coffee. 14) I went down to main level and almost fell because someone left a large red pool noodle on the floor against the bottom step! I almost wiped out on it! 15) The courtyard smells like Cat pee! There are kittens Living there

We waited for a very long time for our turn to get our room. It was of no fault of the front desk clerk, she was working hard. Our room was quite dated and the wallpaper walls in the bathroom were ripped.

We had a wait to check in due to another customer complaining one only one staff to support customers. Old carpet was coming up throughout hallways. Towel rack in my room fell off, holes in bathroom wall where something used the be (maybe old blow dryer). My friend’s room had a wet towel in bathroom, hair in shower, and smelled of smoke. 2 other times at the front desk other customers had complaints, there was limited staff to address concerns, causing delays for anyone who came up to front desk. Seems to be poorly managed, quality was really lacking.
