Cold water in the shower. No cups for drinking water. No breakfast. Noisy air conditioner.

Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast.

The one good thing, the bed was comfortable, other than that, you get what you pay for. Mold on shower curtain, exhaust fan was missing cover with a big hole around it, made ne feel weird. Im not sure there was breakfast served, I left early. No pool as stated, turned into a garden. Great Japanese restaurant right down the street.

For the price, it was a good place to stay for one night. At that price, you can't expect perfection, but the room was clean and comfortable. Some of the furnishings were a little dated (one lamp did not work), but the A/C and fridge worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the shower hot. The lady at the check-in desk was helpful but seemed to be manually writing down our credit card number on a slip of paper, which was a little disconcerting as we don't know where that will end up.

The cable was out abd gad been for days. I never received a notice prior to arriving. Nor did the front desk say anything about the cable being out. I went to the room and had no cable I went back to the front desk and was told its been out for 2 days

The pool was filled with dirt! The room was filthy, 1/2 roll toilet paper, will never stay in this hotel again!

People were in the hall making noise and keeping us awake.

No breakfast. Rooms dirty. There were roaches, dirty sheets, everything was dirt, staff was rude. It was way too expensive for the quality. Everything

The worst experience I've had there. Ive stayed here many many times as it is very reasonably priced. Normally stay like 4 times a month. This time room was 10 dollars more this time. The man working the window for check in was not friendly at all. Then get to the room and it was dirty. Well i normally I check every bed at a hotel or motel before i lay in it. This time i did not a i was exhausted and forgot. I woke up everything seemed fine. Well as I'm driving home I started to itch all over and felt little bumps. When I got home I looked at my body and saw them. I thought maybe I was ate up from mosquitos. Well I know I hadn't been outside so I was confused. The evening went on more and more appeared and became a lot more itchy. I took alcohol and rubbed it all over them to help relieve some itch. The next day they had got a lot worse. I had someone tell me well since there's 3 in a row like they were that they were bed bug bites. Ive never in my life had been bit by them. Well I ended up having to go to the urgent care cause I guess i had an allergic reaction to them. I had contacted the motel and let them know what room and everything that had happened. No one still has yet to reach out to me. I will never stay at this place again. They never use to be this bad but the last few months the place has went to crap. Idk if new owners to over or what but its nasty and dirty. Definitely needs new house keepers and to be totally updated and all repairs done.

The television stopped working

If you're just looking for a place to stay for a few days it's ok, However the decor is old and outdated

Well it all started with checking in. My boyfriend was be sarcastic when the man asked if we had pets and he said yeah my girlfriend. He literally gave back his id and credit card and said no pets. He said i was kidding around. Well then the man proceeded with all attitude. Then to get to our room and it was just dirty and a lot of thungs broke and stuff that needed to be updated. The smoke alarm non stop beeped. The most annoying thing ever. Well then all you heard all night long for hours was someone opening and shutting their door. At 230 3am I finally called the front desk about it. The lady says i see no one in the hall. Well it wasn't like they were going in and out it was more like they were trying to make us mad and doing it purposely. Well it finally stops at like 4am. Finally get to go to sleep. The hotel phone rings and its the front desk mad cause we unplugged the smoke detector and was going to charge us 150. Well my boyfriend said im sorry all I did was disconnect it so i will reconnect it now I'm sorry about that. So he plugs it all back in and guess what no more sleep for me cause i can't sleep with that beeping like it was. We stay here like every weekend and they have raised their prices and the place has went to crap. I have pictures im going to attach so you can see some of how this room was. I think we deserve a night on you guy's for everything.

At no point did I think "this place is gross"; the shower was fairly warm; most of the lights worked; the bed was totally decent. That's a 5 star experience at this price point

After I got dinner, I started looking at reviews of the hotel that were not on expedia.... and discovered it had a 1.6 star review. The FIRST comment I read was about room 313.... How the air conditioner filter was nasty, the bedding wasn't changed and the overall nastiness of the place. It's not safe for women. Don't go there.

The rented me a room late at night only to be awaken by a bite by the biggest bed bug ever seen. i immediately packed up andstopped by the office on the way out. thedesk clerk says no but i handed the bug to her and she immediately threw it in trash. i informed her i had a photo.she insisted on another room and i declined. she says she will refund the money to expedia.after multipal attempts and many run around conversations still nothing i drove around several hours that night in search of a room missed work and had to wash all my cloths and they think this is okay. discusting situation.

There were bugs in the room. I knew they were harmless beetles, but still gross. The chair was heavily stained, and the walls had stains as well. Someone knocked on my door in the morning. If it was supposed to be a courtesy, it woke me up before my alarm. I also had to log into the wifi three times in one day.
