The room was very clean and lovely. The staff was top notch. Parking was well worth the money. Absolutely no problems.

This was my third visit at Hampton Inn and I love the location, room layout and especially the breakfast. Front desk and house keeping staff are ALWAYS helpful and nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the two elevators was not working. Then when we came after an exhausting day neither of the elevators were working. Needless to say our room was on the third floor. I have had two knee replacements and climbing the stairs was not going to happen. Asked for a room on the first floor and was told none were available.

I checked in Tuesday evening and the front desk lady was very unfriendly. It was jarring and unexpected. I can definitely understand circumstances and different personalities, but it went beyond that. She was mean. Aside from that, I had a few issues with my room. There was a strong musty smell in the room that I'm guessing is from lack of air flow. I got stuffy just being in the room. Other than that, my room was good. I was frustrated overall because for the price of the room, I didn't feel as though the service or the quality held up. 3/5 on the room. 2/5 on customer service (the morning shift lead was kind), and 4/5 on the overall hotel amenities and foyer.

I enjoyed my stay very much was surprised at first by the $5.00 a day parking fee.
