Space of room. The kitchen with its supplies was so helpful. Bed was comfy and big. The staff were kind and very friendly and helpful. Not one thing.

We were not able to check in on a snowy freezing cold night because of a computer error. Literally had to wait for the GM to drive in the snow to get it fixed. We were only offered water and then he did not even talk to us when he arrived.
