Starting off the room had an odour . My room number was 147. Seeing that there was a couple events going on in the city the hotels was all booked including that one so I couldn’t get a different room. My door only had one lock working. A cupboard handle was missing. There was a a mildew stain in the bathtub. There was a big gap under the door which allowed the cold air in my room. When it was time to leave, the room had to be inspected first. The didn’t inform me of this when checking in. Had I known this I would have check out sooner allowing proper time managing. Because many people are checking out relatively the same time and only 1 staff is there. I had to wait a long time. This had cause me to arrived late at my appointment.

At check in, staff never asked for a confirmation number, only took i.d and credit card and didnt say much. Found someone else's underwear in the bed we slept in right before checking out.

My family of 4 checked in and checked back out about 15 minutes later. The bed linens were dirty with stains and crusty material on the outside visible to the naked eye, the toilet seat cover was not attached, the floor boards were not properly sealed in place and the kleenex container had marinara in it. This was all noticed in the first few minutes of our stay. Not to mention the overwhelming smell of weed lingering and the disgusting mattresses outside our room leaning against the fence. Even the curtains were extremely stained in multiple rooms as we walked by. We could tell they are working on this property but the pictures and descriptions did not seem to be an accurate description of this location. I did not feel safe here with my children. We checked out very quickly (10-15 minites after check in) and found another property to stay at where we felt safe. The gentleman at the counter didnt ask why we were checking out and honestly didnt seem surprised that we were. I thought this would be fine for a place to sleep after attending a concert at Summerfest, but I was wrong.

Nothing Everything, really dirty, nothing works

Location is great, service is great, but overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Hallways can use some mopping and stair carpets some shampooing!

ROOMS I stress rooms need to be 100% not 90% 100% toilet backed up one my 2nd day and I didnt expect my room the bathroom to be acting like backed up seauage with that along story I had to do rest of the oif the plunging diwn the rest of the ́story

Overall not bad. Only complaint was no space in bathroom to put out toiletries & hotel does not hold bags for those with with late flight plans

I mean, it's a place to sleep. No microwave in the room and no way to adjust the temperature (it was pretty hot, even sleeping without a blanket or clothes). And, just FYI, there is a $150 security deposit (no one told me about this in advance). If you pay with a card, as I did, it will take like 3 or 4 days to get the money back in your account. But, like I said, it's a place where you can sleep. If that's all you need, this will do. There were also lots of kids running around in the halls. Whatever.

Best rate in area The A/C are terrible in most rooms. Rooms are like a oven.

Room was nice but couldn't adjust the air. We were on 2nd floor so it was warm. Bathroom sink had a steady stream of hot water flowing the entire time. Took over 10 minutes to check in, waiting on service desk to arrive. No way to communicate with them, other than yelling. Breakfast consisted of granola bars & oatmeal. There is a $150 security deposit. Definitely not worth the $150 night stay

No breakfast, no clean, the whole place is a scam.

Room and common areas were filthy and air conditioning only barely worked. I asked for assistance from the front desk clerk, who showed me in another room that the air conditioner unfortunately is not capable of producing any more air than I was experiencing. In years past I have trusted Days Inn as a budget friendly location with a standard of cleanliness and no-frills dependability. After this experience, I'm reluctant to ever consider staying again.

Nothing Run down. Holes in walls. People living in their cars in the parking lot. Couldn’t get fresh towels and wash cloths.

Our room was awful because the bathtub was always clogged when we tried to shower and the dresser was already broken and wouldn’t close correctly and the thermostat was broken we couldn’t open it to adjust the temperature at all. We asked for a different room but staff said there were no other rooms even though I believe she just didn’t want to do the paperwork to switch us to a different room. The breakfast was just granola bars and coffee and water and what is the point of doing online early check in if we still had to go through all that long paperwork checking on arrival? I’m still waiting to see if they refund my $150 deposit which is excessive because I’ve stayed at other better hotels where deposit is around $50 only and returned quickly after check out. But I’ll give them the 14 day wait time to see if they actually refund me or not or try to blame all the broken stuff on us.
