Disappointing

Clean room, very good proximity to events and other things around town!

Clean room, great breakfast, relatively quiet. Staff seemed to be short-handed at the front desk.

Location great. Breakfast really tasty and varied. Staff friendly and helpful. Room wasn't ready at check-in time. Had to wait in the lobby for awhile.

The hotel was very clean and was perfect for walking to the state fair!

Policies need work

Wisconsin State Fair weekend, they were swamped but took time with each guest to try to help guest with any request. The front desk may not been able to fulfill the request at least they try.

Our room was very clean, but the air conditioning did not work very well. Kind of sad that they closed the restaurant. But, we do like to stay here and will stay again.

Absolutely helpful and kind staff. The property was very clean, comfortable, and I felt safe there being on travel with an elderly/disabled parent and children.

I enjoyed our stay, I slept well. The staff were helpful and engaged. I thought the free breakfast was great .

The breakfast was very good. I was dissatisfied that there was no microwave in the room. I had to take my food to the lobby to heat it up. The pool water was warm which was nice but the pool was small and there was no hot tub. The lobby had coffee available it no water. I have stayed in many hotels and for the price I have had much better amenities. Nice and close to the fair.

But the hotel was quiet, in a location central to everything we wanted to do (in both Milwaukee and Chicago) and was a good deal for the money.

We were going to a Brewers game and they offered a shuttle. The free breakfast was sub par. The towels were well used and the paper goods thin

Disappointed that they discontinue the shuttle service to American Family field. That’s why we stayed there, we’ll be finding somewhere else to stay next time. ☹️
