Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties.

Austere room furnishings but clean property and helpful staff. Nothing fancy but a reasonable place for a lay-over.

The refrigerator did not work. There was absolutely no soap in the soap dispenser. The USB outlets did not work. There were only two plugs available for all the stuff we had to plug-in, and they were very loose in the plugs hardly stayed in. And last, but not least the phone did not work at all.

Room looked worn, had no pictures on the wall, flat pillows and only 1 bath towel.

Staff was incredibly friendly, accomodating and smiles across the board from reception to housekeeping. The hotel as clean and comfortable, beds were great- best sleep I've ever had while staying at a hotel!

The hotel was what you would expect from a Hampton inn. They were doing some construction inside the building, but it wasn’t a distraction. I was there with my sister to visit family for the weekend. It met all of our needs. My only little complaint is that they didn’t have or we didn’t see a little store inside the hotel to get snacks and drinks. They had vending machines, but options were limited. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

Yes, very fresh. As it was Passover I would have appreciated more fruit to choose from. Like a fruit salad.
