The breakfast and room were ok. Why no quarters at the desk for laundry? Our beef was with the person at the desk who basically ignored us when we told him at 10:30 at night that our bathroom was filled with cigarette smoke. He walked the hall but would not knock on doors. I assume they should know who we share the ventilation system with? Any concern for fire? Anyway, we had to move all our stuff for a 9-night stay at 10:30 at night to a new room (our elderly dog has COPD) without any help from a valet cart as there were none available. There were also several people loitering in the back of the building where we took the dogs out. One man stood right by the door for hours smoking. It made me uncomfortable. I found barf and liquor bottles out there, etc. It was gross. I felt as though I could not roam outdoors safely and one night there were 5 police cars out there. Oh, and there was a fire alarm one morning at about 730am. I came down with my dogs via the steps carrying them and the management never bothered to do an all-clear announcement after initiating the fire alarm and fire department arriving. This place could be nice, and the cleaning people were awesome. The management and front desk need vast improvement. Smoke and fire alarms are serious. They should be acted upon with appropriate seriousness. They gave us a $25 credit for the inconvenience of moving rooms due to smoke inhalation. Inadequate.

Room service to clean was not thorough

Check In was smooth and friendly staff. Rooms had everything we needed and comfortable beds.

The hotel states that there is housekeeping every other day. This isn’t true. Every three days would be more accurate. Once it was four days. My trash cans were overflowing. I noticed other guests leave no bags of trash in the hallway. Staff were not very quick replenishing the breakfast buffet. Often there was a long wait for coffee. Why serve egg whites rather than whole eggs? No-one was eating them.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The morning breakfast was just right for the items served and the amount available. The location was also great with a variety of restaurants near by.

Breakfast really could be expanded. The same type of eggs were served every day and on the last day of my stay they ran out of potatoes. Overall the breakfast was good, just a little limited.

The staff, breakfast, facilities and rooms The walls were very thin, the person in the room next to me (my room was 415) was on the phone until 3 am, it sounded like she was in my room, when I finally went to the front desk to change rooms, (I had surgery scheduled for the next day.) The front desk addressed it. She was quiet The next night it happened again, my nurse asked her to quiet and she did but also accused me of being on the phone all day when I was both in surgery and drugged. It put us in a bad position. Argument should bot have happened, she did quiet. My last night the TV played from 1am until 6am. I did not sleep. All the things this woman did was well within her right. She was bot throwing parties ect. The adjoining doors give no privacy to either party and if someone is staying at your hotel and can't sleep all else means nothing. This had the potential to be a great stay but fell short. Perhaps not placing guests in adjoining rooms or sealing the doors would help. I should have been given a new room when I requested it to ensure the problem was solved.

Uneven reception by hotel staff, not a lot of smiling from the front desk. Weirdly our room was half-cleaned on day two. The towels had been changed out and the bathroom trash emptied but the bed wasn’t made. And our hand soap, which we had used but barely was gone with no replacement. ??? No conditioner in the showers. It was a good location for what we had to do, but I would go back to the neighboring Hampton In. if I had to choose between the two.

Good location, clean room, had a gym.

The hotel room was dusty and not clean. There were days of dust on the bedside lap and on the window sills. There was trash not picked up, past guests' keys still on the desk and the drawers were not clean. The electric window shade was broken so I fixed it otherwise the shade would not have gone up or down. The last night the heat was on, and the room was very hot even though I never touched the thermostat. In general, the rooms are noisy as you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around and doors being closed all over. The person next door played their TV very loud making it hard to sleep. Friendly staff though and good breakfast.

Overall good property, rented 3 rooms, one was clean, the other 2 were not cleaned well. Hair in the shower pan, bed not well maid, dusty shelves. Breakfast was okay.
