Everything good but hotel needs to provide receipts after checking out. I have no receipt

The room seemed very dirty and we asked for oil service but it was as July 4 and not enough staff probably

I was there for 2 nights and added an additional night with a new reservation. I asked to have my room cleaned after the first night. They said they didnt clean because i had the do not disturb on the door. I explained I took it off at 10am when i left for the day. So, i left the do not disturb off the door for the remaining time spent. After I got my new reservation ( same room) again left for the day. I came back my room key was disarmed, BUT they still didnt clean the room. I made it a point to asked the house keeper on the floor to clean my room 222, she looked me in my face and said she would. day. Room was never cleaned the complete stay!

Pros- room was clean, pool was great, check in and out was easy. Cons- our king bed was very firm and breakfast was underwhelming. When I asked the breakfast staff to replenish some of the items they said they only offer those items every other day but I could literally see the items I was asking for put off to the side, one being the oatmeal which was halfway prepared. That guy was not pleasant.

The only thing Iiked about this hotel is that the guy that fixed the morning breakfast were so helpful and kind. I didn't like the fact that as soon as we got in our room; we noticed that the bathroom stunk. The smell to me was of a room that was cleaned with dirty water. My daughter said it smelled like urine. We reported it that night but didn't get anything done about it until the times of usual cleaning. Next, we asked for towels for 4 people but only got towels for 2 so we had to ask again. We still didn't get enough face towels for 4 people. I will not go back there.

I like the overall hospitality, if I had a problem or question the staff was very nice and helpful. Give everyone a raise

The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with attention to detail that did not go unnoticed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had while traveling. The location was convenient, the common areas were inviting, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. It's clear that management and staff take great pride in providing top-notch hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Nope ..I won't be back, even though I will be back in the area two more times this year on business. You will find me at Delta or Marriott in the future.
