The property was well maintained and the location was excellent. The room needs to be updated and the 2 burner stove was old and rusty looking.

I booked a two-bedroom with a protection plan. When I checked in, they said they don't guarantee the room for third party like Expedia. So I can have one-bedroom, or none. We have to take it, then, they give us A airbed. The air bed they give us, it was leaked !!

Kitchen area was dated. No coffee maker in the room and no coffee in the lobby. WiFi was weak unless you paid for an upgrade. However the room was large and the bed confortable. Price was reasonable.

1) There should have been 2 chairs for a square table. There was only one. What is the logic behind it? We are a couple and have to dine on a table. One of us had to sit on the bed and eat, which is stupid. 2) The hallways carpet is filthy and smelly with accumulated dirt since ages. It should be shampooed now, or replaced.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in dozens of hotels. The air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet. The smell of chemical was intolerable. There were holes across the walls and bathroom. This is the first extended stay hotel where you had to purchase dinnerware and silverware. The staff was nice but not useful. They couldn't give me another room because they overbooked. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

There is only 2 small towels per room. The area was nice and quiet, easy to locate.

The ADA bathroom could have been better. Higher toilet and no bathtub but a walk in shower would have been better.

The only thing I can say is everything was good and if there was any problem, it was a moving toilet seat,. I tried to tighten it

My room was in poor repair. There was mold on the bathroom wall. The light above the desk/table did not work properly. The light above the range did not work. The screen in my window was torn. There were food particles and rust on the stove top. The light switch and plug socket had burn marks on them. Over all the room was in poor shape.

The gave my room away and had to transfer me to another hotel witch was horrible. The room was not cleaned, there was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom . The sink was clogged. It smelled like smoke
