There is only 2 small towels per room. The area was nice and quiet, easy to locate.

The ADA bathroom could have been better. Higher toilet and no bathtub but a walk in shower would have been better.

The only thing I can say is everything was good and if there was any problem, it was a moving toilet seat,. I tried to tighten it

My room was in poor repair. There was mold on the bathroom wall. The light above the desk/table did not work properly. The light above the range did not work. The screen in my window was torn. There were food particles and rust on the stove top. The light switch and plug socket had burn marks on them. Over all the room was in poor shape.

The gave my room away and had to transfer me to another hotel witch was horrible. The room was not cleaned, there was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom . The sink was clogged. It smelled like smoke

Most uncomfortable bed and pillows I have ever laid on. The room smelled so bad. The window was open when we arrived and it still smelled terrible. The room was literally falling apart. Every light shade to a lamp in the room was dangling, the plastic siding in the kitchenettes was hanging off by like 3 or 4 feet. We had to walk around it coming in the door. Super sticky floors all throughout. Not the best stay. I don't feel it was worth the money.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was not clean at all. There was grease on the ceiling and side of the fridge. Bathroom sink was nasty and not clean.

They made me do the leg work of contacting Expedia for a refund. Along with that I had to find a hotel at last minute. I wouldnt recommend going to a hotel that doesn’t properly maintain the rooms, Leaves the traveler stranded. They were not emphatic. Basically treated my situation as my problem. No ownership, no accountability.
