Nice room great shower
-
Everything was as good as expected.

Room was great and check in was great!! "Restaurant" was closed most of the days of my visit which was frustrating because I didn't have a car and was counting on my hotel to have food. The one day I did attempt try the restaurant i think she told me all they had was chicken in the back for food and were out of wine. Ended up door dashing. Otherwise hotel was nice and clean and had no issues.

I choose this property because they said it has ev charging- but all of the chargers were out of order and staff was least bothered about it

Breakfast items were luke warm. Not hot. I like a hot breakfast.

The pool had no circulating water and didn’t look safe or clean enough to swim in. Our room key wouldn’t open the pool door, so we had to have the front desk let us in. There was no explanation about the pool’s condition, and during our three day stay we didn’t see a single person using it. The room itself was decent and didn’t feel outdated, which was a plus. However, the floors were noticeably dirty. Overall, the poor customer service overshadowed the stay. Based on our experience, I’d recommend staying at one of the neighboring Marriott hotels or looking elsewhere. From the outside, they at least appear to have a functioning pool.

Filthy pool. Horrible breakfast it was barely any food both mornings

The room was clean. It was convenient to where we had to go. This is not our first time staying here.

Great place, would highly recommend

I stayed for. Us ones and find very clean room and nice bedroom with big window. I also like a really only open area next to the bedroom.

Just an overnight stay but would definitely stay again. Clean rooms, helpful staff. The only thing was the restaurant attached was closed. Other than that everything was great!

It was perfect

The staff was kind, courteous and helpful.

The room was very clean I booked on hotels.com which means your a second class citizen who uses tap water for your in room coffee maker. I drink filtered water tap water no thank you. I assume all the coffee is made this way. The lady in front of me was given bottled water I was told that was because she reserved directly. I don’t believe that. I was woken up at 11:00pm by kids yelling and running up and down the hall way the noise didn’t stop until 12:30am. I heard another room complaining on the phone their door was open. TV did not allow u to access your own apps like other hotels. I normally stay at another place I wanted to give holiday inn another chance.

Pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing. Room was a good size and clean. However staff at front desk were a rude, barely acknowledging us. When checking in the girl had a full take out meal and was actively eating as we at the front desk. I found that a bit in appropriate for a hospitality worker. Not a great first impression.

When we arrived someone had dropped their takeout order on the sidewalk. And it was still there when we checked out 2 days later. Someone needs to check the parking lot and sidewalks and pick up the trash.

This hotel is ok. I had booked the room showing a king bed with a twin sized murphy bed in the bedroom and a little sitting room. That is not what I received and the front desk agent let me know that the listing was wrong and that was a totally different room type. This room set up was the entire reason we booked this hotel. So not having this was very disappointing and didn't work very well for our family. In addition to that, the room was so insanely loud. There was some highway noise, which I suppose is to be expected, but this was more than that. There was a sound that was rhythmic all day and night that sounded like an airplane was flying overhead but never leaving. We had loud sound machines on and still could hear it. In addition, the "blackout" shade was only blackout in the middle so it was extremely bright in the room. Overall, it isn't a bad hotel, just not super relaxing.

Like the location. Check in wasn't until 4pm.

I had a truly exceptional stay! The check-in process was seamless and the entire property was beautiful. Beyond the pristine, comfortable room, I was incredibly impressed by the amenities. The facilities were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. I can’t wait to come back!
