Staff was very pleasant. The aesthetics of the hotel were very nice. Upon arrival, I checked into my room, but then I was moved because the room was not cleaned properly. There was food left in the refrigerator; the refrigerator was not cleaned at all.

Very professional and very personable staff

Easy access to metro Detroit activities. Hotel/room clean and well stocked. Front desk was very personable and helpful as was the hostess at the Bistro when we ordered breakfast.

The comforter was stained. No lotion in the bathroom. Spacious room. Excellent bed.

We had a great stay! Staff was very friendly & helpful. We were very satisfied with the large room, king bed & large shower. My only complaint would be the hot tub wasn’t functioning properly. The top jets didn’t work at all but it was still relaxing. I would stay there again! I

I arrived to my room which was not the room I reserved. The room was not clean, there were hairs on the pillow, nightstand, shower, and towel. When I went to ask for a new room that was actually clean, they told me that I should sleep in the other bed in the room since only one had hair on it. Then they tried to cancel my reservation when I got upset at that suggestion. Avoid this place at all costs.
