The room and lobby were very nice. That they did not have free coffee and a breakfast.

One of the rooms had a must smell to it so they switched it. One of the reason I booked this room again was because of the jacuzzi and the breakfast. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi jets wasn’t working and that they changed the breakfast menu so the food I use to order wasn’t available anymore. But thank you to HARMONY for accommodating us by changing our room without a problem. I’ll still return

Im a Bonvoy member.The check in person did not disclose the benefits or explain the hotel amenities. The hottub was warm. But the jets were not working.
