We had a great stay! Staff was very friendly & helpful. We were very satisfied with the large room, king bed & large shower. My only complaint would be the hot tub wasn’t functioning properly. The top jets didn’t work at all but it was still relaxing. I would stay there again! I

I arrived to my room which was not the room I reserved. The room was not clean, there were hairs on the pillow, nightstand, shower, and towel. When I went to ask for a new room that was actually clean, they told me that I should sleep in the other bed in the room since only one had hair on it. Then they tried to cancel my reservation when I got upset at that suggestion. Avoid this place at all costs.

One of the rooms had a must smell to it so they switched it. One of the reason I booked this room again was because of the jacuzzi and the breakfast. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi jets wasn’t working and that they changed the breakfast menu so the food I use to order wasn’t available anymore. But thank you to HARMONY for accommodating us by changing our room without a problem. I’ll still return
