My room was very nasty stains all over the carpets, trash left on sides of bed from previous guest, NO SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE BATHROOM and staff was completely unhelpful just stating the were all booked and that was the only room available! Plus I was training with someone on fratches he made sure to put us on the forth floor highest available with no accommodation for her being handicapped.

Older hotel but in relatively good shape. Good breakfast and good coffee; fridge and microwave worked well. Only had conditioner in the shower, went to wm to get some shampoo; slow elevator
-
The breakfast was per usual...just as skimpy as they thought they could get away with and stay open. The lady at the front desk did take pictures of my pictures...and maybe something will be done...but I would not hold my breath. FYI By nature I am not a complainer so take these comments from that perspective.

it was very clean and the staff was good.

It was okay

My hotel room was filthy! My curtains in the room had holes and stains. Bathtub looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. The room reeked of smoke. I initially book my stay for 4 nights. Upon checking into my and noticing the filth, I immediately checked out. Expedia was gracious enough to give me a refund. I would not recommend.

We were here for an overnight trip for our anniversary. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Room was clean, some of the popcorn ceiling was tore up but otherwise good. Should put the sofas back in the room vs the 2 chairs. Bed was comfy, jacuzzi in the room fit both of us comfortably and we are not skinny. Breakfast could use an upgrade, but it was still good. Would definitely stay again

Loved our stay here, the front desk staff was very helpful and kind.
-
Decent basic place. Only major concern was the lack of blackout drapes as I was facing the entry drive.
-
Great location and a nice accommodation for short stays

Staff were wonderful. The building was dated. The balcony was dirty with trash from the last guests. The bedding was old and stained. The breakfast was not very good, the first day we had a late breakfast wasnt much there, the second day it was full and restocked often.
-
Old and run down. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.
-
Location & balconies breakfast Bed was hard my body was was so sore . Very uncomfortable , I hardly got any sleep. Nothing was offered to even help accommodate the inconvenience. Just left a bad taste in my mouth
-
Tried three different rooms all disgusting……
-
Location My sink wouldn’t stop running and I got mocked by management and maintenance for being a ditsy female when management acknowledged the springy sink handles. My door didn’t lock except for a small clasp inside the door. There was no bedding for the pull out couch and when we requested some we were given one round table cloth.

the hotel was dirty and smelled old and moldy the air conditioner was smelled of mold or musty odor we were told that not to ask for more than a set of towels breakfast was watered down in the juices and coffee shower had mold around drain and floor tile in bathroom around toilet leaked when we used sink
-
It was fine. Tasty..... Unfortunately, my Room 216 smelled a little "musty", like mold or something, every time I entered the room. Also, the TV remote is faulty / cracked! And the TV is not working well, At all!
-
The carpet throughout the facility and the room was full of spots. Otherwise, the room was clean, but the carpet gave it a dingy appearance.
-
The management went above and beyond when I made a mistake to help me fix it! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was really good.

I was given room reeking of stale cigarettes. I wouldn’t accept it. Carpeting stained in replacement room. There were a few residents around the front desk. There is no way they were traveling and renting room while in town. These people looked destitute. You using hotel for people who would otherwise be homeless (rooms paid with welfare funds) as they do in California & NY? Next morning I went out to get coffee and brought it back and saw 4 of Farmington Hills finest (police) come into hotel. They spoke with one of your special renters, told her she (whoever was in room) wouldn’t cooperate and they left. I tried to print out my boarding pass on guest computer. Front desk told me printer was broken but try to bring up on guest computer and email to her and she would print out. The computer wouldn’t even turn on. I took care of it at airport. Not bad. Only 27 people ahead of me. I came back down at 5pm Wednesday and turned in my card key. I preferred going to airport and sitting there all night until my 8:30 am flight. Your front desk clerks were NEVER rude. Your hotel is run down and I don’t want to stay in what seems to be a flop house. Maggie Chaiken
