Hotel was old and very outdated looked nothing like the pictures smelt like weed upon arrival

Overall, my stay was just okay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean, but the pillows were worn out and too flat. The bed linens could also have been cleaner. The breakfast drinks and coffee tasted watered down and lacked flavor. These issues made the stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

You get what you pay for. This is an inexpensive hotel in an affluent area. It has clearly seen much better days. The room was clean upon initial inspection but a closer look indicated a lot of corners have been cut. Breakfast was marginal, there had been eggs but the chafing dish was empty when I came down mid-breakfast. Coffee was weak.

BED BUGS ROOM 246 AND RUDE MANAGER Stayed in August, friend woke up with Bed Bug bites everywhere, flipped the mattress and found multiple. Informed front desk and they said they would refund stay. Manager now says won’t refund our stay.

Still trying to find out if I received my 10% off? We went back to this hotel because we were told next time we would not experience the same room was not cleaned. This happened again.

Needs improvement: NO towels in our room; had to ask. There is body lotion in the shower, not body wash. Don't pay extra for a balcony unless you just want to stand outside- there is no table or chairs. Gym is ok, glad to have one, but has no water, cups, sanitizer, wipes, or towels. It's just a few cardio machine and one bench with DB's. Staff should be trained on food safety. Please do not water down juices and coffee in the machines to save money - both end up being a bad experience for the guests and in many cases, the last thing they will remember.

Staff very attentive and friendly, Breakfast was good and eating area was clean and comfortable. Location for me was perfect. Room was fine. Hotel is old and in needing upgrades. Room has seen many Band-Aids over the years and major renovations area necessary. Elevator was working but also needing a renovation. There is only one elevator to service the entire property.

My stay was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I experienced was having to wait a long time for housekeeping to bring clean towels and remove the trash. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

The rooms were not clean, the service was extremely poor, and the bathrooms were dirty. The luggage carts were also broken and difficult to use. I was very upset and disappointed with my stay, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Just okay. Very outdated hotel, beds are old and uncomfortable, pillows were small and uncomfortable. There was a lot of trash under the beds... my husband works for a moving company so we always check for bedbugs and found trash. Gross... definitely not that hard to clean/move the beds to clean under them. Balcony was also dirty... and no chairs to sit with. Staff was nice but for the price of the room I wouldn't pay for that again considering how outdated and dirty it was.... I need to remember next time pictures are very edited to make it look good.
