Hampton Inn Columbia-I-26 Airport

Ok to stay if you are passing through. It was clean. Back of remote was missing, parking lot was not well lit, breakfast was average and the bedding was average. I figured out why the toaster wasn't working. Just a bunch of nit-picky stuff. The maid walked in at 8 am without nocking while we were sleeping. The staff were really polite. I would stay there again.

This “supervisor” was of no help and frankly just didn’t care. Once I requested to speak to the GM, “she doesn’t want to be bothered on her day off” but it’s ok to inconvenience all of your guests. After requesting to speak Roth the GM again he “made a call” and then agreed to clean the pool once it closed. The room was sub par. Hair was stuck to the backsplash of the shower, fridge would not get cold, no toilet paper in the room. Clearly obvious that room service just “spot cleans” these rooms. The only positive of this whole stay at this Hampton Inn was at check out, knowing I was getting outta there and didn’t have to speak to them to check out! Steer clear of this place! If in this area stay across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn!

I liked the property. Customer Service was fine. Unfortunately the TV in the room was not working. Therefore, I was moved to another room and as a result I was charged twice. Tried contacting property and was told that they do double charge. But according to my bank statement I was. Just want resolution and refund.

It was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at!!!!!

My room was not cleaned at all!! No clean towels and old towels piled up in the bathroom. Garbage cans filled with trash. Bed un made!!

Do t stay here!!

The rooms are extremely small. The elevator hallway was narrow. I never seen anything like it. No closet. Just a curtain up to the wall. Space between bed and dresser was narrow. Bathroom small no counter space. Not many channels on TV.. wasn’t the best hotel by far. Good if u just need to spend 1 night to sleep. But I stayed the weekend for my birthday and I wish I would have picked somewhere else.

Very clean, great staff.

We had a very early time to leave and they supplied a bag breakfast, which was very nice!

Breakfast was satisfactory.

Air conditioning not good at all. Had set on the lowest setting and was hot a humid in the room the whole time. Very humid in the hallway as well. The shower sounded like it was about to take flight when it was on and the toilet ran literally all night. I’ll just pay the $150 to stay at the Hilton next time.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful!! And the breakfast was awesome! My husband will only stay at the Hampton Inn as he traveled for work and said it was always consistent.

On the good side, the bed was comfortable.

Location, and access to the highways If I had to be picky, our toilet was stopped up when we got there

Nothing, I was very disappointed. The toilet stopped up. When I tried to the call the front desk the phone was dead. They called my cell phone. I told them the toilet was stopped up and would like another room. They said they would bring me a plunger to use and if that didn’t work they would switch rooms but I first had to use the plunger. There was no maintenance person on site. It was only when he realized the phone was dead that we were given another room. Both rooms smelled of heavily perfumed deodorizer. The toilet in the second room was not secure to the floor and rocked when you sat on it. I do not recommend this hotel.

Libby and breakfast area was nice and clean. Room wasn’t as clean.
