Rooms were lovely. Would stay here again

Wow, everything was extremely clean! We were quite impressed with the open feel of the rooms and how clean they were. Great value, especially with the breakfast included.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms. Did not use pool or wt. Room, but both looked very nice.

Place was nice however the ac in my room could use some maintenance. Room 323 was warm & ac wasn't efficient!!!

I did mean to flag there seems to be a hornet issue near the pool. I watched at least 4 hornets fly to the window Cill and crawl in a corner of the window. I don’t know if they were inside the room or in a compartment in the wall but someone should check it out. It was the first window/rom on the left side of the pool.

It was an okay stay. Had all of the amenities I needed. The kitchen floor could have been mopped again. Appeared, slightly sticky. The bathrooms appeared clean.

Just great overall experience , clean room and great staff!

Breakfast could've been better, but it was ok for something quick

The bathroom had a commode for little people and there was no hot water in the afternoon or evening in the shower

The room and property were clean and well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful. Parking was easy and the hotel is in a great location. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Our room was not ready at check-in time, but they were very apologetic and we were able to get to our room about 20 minutes later. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Clean and nice property. Very convenient location near Lexington Medical Center. There are also a lot of dining and shopping options nearby and reasonably priced gas.

I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.

Not a significant entrance nor handicap entrance off driveway but down a ways. Not as convenient. Think about all your customers and their needs.

The suite was very large and well equipped. Perfect for a multi day stay. Lots of room, nice kitchen facilities.
