Residence Inn Columbia West/Lexington

Our go-to in the Columbia area. Spacious rooms, amazing staff and generally well-maintained (light bulbs often out in studios, tv remotes slow, but nothing major.) Outdoor patio is delightful with couches and a firepit. Proximity to highway and airport a major plus.

Always a pleasure to stay at this location. I’d like to see the laundry facilities finished next time. We got caught in a rainstorm and could have benefited from a dryer.

I am a solo traveler per se, and another one in my room. It was just me and family in another room. The room was very clean. Did not have any issues with anything except maybe it took a minute for the water to get hot. It did get hot. The staff were very nice very friendly very helpful the property was clean. It was free parking and the breakfast was decent although it would’ve been nice to have a microwave inside of the breakfast area to heat up the cheese and some other stuff but anyway overall, though I still give it a very good rating.

It took a full 15 minutes to get hot water in the shower. This is not an exaggeration. Was going to tell the front desk at checkout but there was no one at the desk when I left at 8 am

Very nice room. Fridge freezer microwave cook top and kitchen wares.

One of the best hotels have ever stayed in near USC. Breakfast was better than your average hotel breakfast, Rooms were very clean. The staff always greeted us and was friendly and accommodating.

Wow, everything was extremely clean! We were quite impressed with the open feel of the rooms and how clean they were. Great value, especially with the breakfast included.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms. Did not use pool or wt. Room, but both looked very nice.

Place was nice however the ac in my room could use some maintenance. Room 323 was warm & ac wasn't efficient!!!

I did mean to flag there seems to be a hornet issue near the pool. I watched at least 4 hornets fly to the window Cill and crawl in a corner of the window. I don’t know if they were inside the room or in a compartment in the wall but someone should check it out. It was the first window/rom on the left side of the pool.

It was an okay stay. Had all of the amenities I needed. The kitchen floor could have been mopped again. Appeared, slightly sticky. The bathrooms appeared clean.
